Work centred around sorting my mother’s estate following her death last year. Everything was dealt with empathetically and efficiently. I was particularly grateful that the team afforded me time to meet face to face when I had queries and above all were good listeners and gave clear answers and advice. Buss Murton Law (BML) represented us in the sale of an investment property where we were the final component of a chain, with our buyer extremely keen to purchase and us equally keen to sell before the UK Budget so, basically, it was a high pressure situation from all sides. BML managed to complete the sale in the desired time without exposing us to unacceptable risks, dealing adeptly with some unreasonable requests from their counterparty solicitor.
