All I can say is don’t ever sign up. I was mislead into a 12 month subscription in June 2025 under an advertisement of a ‘free £60 bed’ with your first box. Nowhere did it clearly state you’d be tied in for a year, and I can see from other reviews many other people fell for this. They refused to cancel the subscription when I immediately noticed I’d been tied to it - even before I’d had box 1, so I set my subscription to cancel and begrudgingly paid for 12 months (£367 over the year). The bed was the cheapest small ‘pillow’ bed that would have been £10 tops at a pet shop. The boxes were never worth more than a tenner either - the toys were easily destroyed by my 8kg pug and the treats were cheap nasty additive filled things. Website is also terrible - no option for customisation of anything without contacting them directly.

Every month it would countdown the cancellation until May 2026 when it said ‘set to cancel in 1 billing cycle’. This month (June 2026) I logged on to check my subscription had finally ended, and was horrified to see my account said a payment will be taken on the 28th June, and that my subscription was set to cancel in 13 billing cycles??? It was never even 13 billing cycles from the start!!

I’ve now blocked their payments through my bank as it seemed to be the only way to stop them taking more money. I’ve never EVER had such a bad experience with a company before.

Really disappointed I have signed up for 6 boxes to try and find some decent toys!
So far i was sent a broken toy and PEANUT foods which we have an allergy to in the house.
Not ideal. But dont worry we were offered a free upgrade to tough toys! This should have been an option from the start! And i had been given this anyway at month/box 2
Now our tough toys have been used for 5-10 mins with treats added and have already broken! And i cant get out because “i am in it for 6m!” Quality and safety is not taken into effect as long as i stay for my duration 😮‍💨
Waste of money!

It’s a scam. The toys for chewers for an extra £10 I can get from my local pet shop for £2.99 each the ‘donut bed worth up to £60’ was a flimsy square bed my dog ripped getting it the packaging that is currently on sale in my pet shop for 22.98. The treats are not good quality and give both my dogs the run. And once your in there’s no getting out I’ve tried I’ve even left my bank account empty for over a month and it still took it out as soon as money came in

Avoid these Con Artists I've tried to cancel it and it said it will cancel in 6 billing cycles next thing I know these scammers decide to tgen set it to 13 billing cycles after the 6 months is up.

My son took out buster box when he got his puppy and started his first job.
He had it for a year the products were great in there.
He decided to cancel as the dog had more toys than a toddler.
It first said it would cancel in 6 billing payments, which he said fair enough he probably didn't read the t&c.
The 6 billing cycle is up its now saying it will cancel in 13 billing cycles.

I originally signed up to get my dogs a box as a one of treat, with the free new bed! The bed is still going strong a year later, and my girls still get their box every month 😊 they even gave me an upgrade to tougher toys, as both my girls are chewers, so the soft toys were only lasting minutes 🫣 but since getting the tougher toys, they now last forever (Barr and squeakers which my Frenchie immediately removes...lol)

10/10 recommend this company for the quality of the products and also for their incredible customer service! Always been a pleasure to deal with them, and they love getting g the videos and pics I send of my girls loving their gifts!

My dog akita recognises when her buster box turns up and gets super excited like a child at Xmas she vouldnt live without it!!!!¡!

This is a really good idea. Toys and treats.
My pups 1st box came today along with a really lovely bed. Tia ran off with the toys as soon as they came out of the box. Unfortunately one toy lasted literally 2 seconds as she bit right through it and now it doesn’t squeak!! Not sure if there is a way to mention this to the team.

I cannot rate this company enough!!! Marvin loves his free bed he received and the toys and treats in his 1st box. He is very fussy so I was a little apprehensive but to our delight he absolutely loves them. He also has allergies which I reported to the company and they were happy to mark it on his profile to make sure we do not receive anything that he cannot have. We can’t wait to receive our next box and would highly recommend Buster Box for your pups enjoyment

My Bear always loved his, now there's Bear, Atlas & Koda they all LOVE Buster day (as it's known in our home!) They know what the box looks like and all tear in to it! 3x treat bags and 2/3 toys delivered every month around mid month! Brilliant. It's the doggy version of my Glossybox! 🥰💖

I have two dogs a dachshund and a chihuahua and I received my first buster box recently, my dogs instantly took to the toys and the most incredibly soft bed straight away, my dachshund has had her old bed for over 3 years and it’s now been disowned and when she’s not asleep upstairs work is on our bed she’s snuggled up so comfortably in her amazing new bed, I always buy them toys from B & M and they have never reached or played with them as much as they are now playing with their new toys from buster box! They are absolutely obsessed, I was watching them
Play with the biggest smile on my face for over an hour, signing up to buster box was the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m looking forward to receiving their next box

Customer service is top of their priority list. They addressed all my concerns pretty much immediately- rectified a small mistake and happy to apart of what they are doing.

So far, the toys have been a massive hit. Especially considering he wasn't much of a toy dog when he first came to us. The treats, although great, haven't always been enticing enough for him but he isn't food motivated - my friends dog has really enjoyed them

Great value for money , good range of toys for my puppy , service is quick and friendly and nothing is a bother .

We are receiving buster box for the last 4 years and we absolutely love it. Harley does be so excited every month when he sees the box, because he knows it's for him and full of exciting toys and treats. It's just so handy to have it as it saves going to the shop to look for stuff and all the toys are such good quality that Harley (our maltese)can't destroy them

Alfie absolutely loves his buster box and I swear he knows the date every month it is due. He gets very excited. He loves the toys but destroys them very quickly- we’ve yet to find anything he can’t kill. He would eat all the treats in one go given the chance!

I have used the service of busterbox for well over a year now, and I have always enjoyed the toys and treats that arrive, I mean, my dog does! If there have ever been an issue or concern, the customer service has always been on point to make adjustments and been very fair. I always aim to stick with this amazing team.
