I did not get my costume in time, but I called BuyCostumes and they were fair and issues me a refund for the expedited shipping and a return label.

I was promised to have my replacement items by 11/3/21 and as of today I still don't have them and it looks like they will not come until AFTER I need them. Which means I just may be asking to return my whole order because of your staffs mistakes.

Bad experience
Paid extra (15$) for expedited shipping for it to arrive a week late. Shipping was never updated through usps to allow tracking until it was delivered.

Terrible
Terrible. Would NEVER order through this company again. Poor communication. Paid extra for shipping to receive MOST of my items late, one not at all. Requested a refund with no response so now I’m going through the headache of disputing the charge with my credit card.

Placed an order for delivery on 10/29. Received "shipped" email with tracking information on 10/25. It is now 11/3 and it doesn't even show that the package was picked up by the shipping company! Will not be ordering from BuyCostumes.com again.
