Update below - Warped Gate- As a landscaper, I have used Buy Fencing Direct before without any issues, this review isn't based on previous orders; it's on this one, which is a substantial order over £1000.

It looks like there are issues with the gates warping; it must be a bad batch, as there are other 1 star reviews regarding this issue, but rather than take responsibility and replace the warped and unsightly-looking gate they refuse to offer any help, claiming that it's not covered.

Sorry, you have sold a gate, it's dried, then warped. Do the right thing rather than tarnish your reputation and lose a regular customer, and potentially more customers who read this review.

Update after the reply - I have bought and fitted many gates, they do not warp, it will not return to straight, it is 13.5cm out of alignment. The gate has been produced while the timber was damp hence causing the issue. 13.5cm is not a slight warp, it is a manufacturing fault.

Everything was fine, Delivery was a bit later than expected but all was good.
Fence were of good quality and I’m well pleased.
