I recently purchased a wooden side gate from Buy Fencing Direct which when fitted was found to be 2 inches out of square. I advised the company that the gate was twisted and warped and requested a refund as the gate was not fit for purpose. This was declined and nothing offered. BEWARE!!

The fencing was advertised as in stock, I bought 4 panels, waited for a few days, then received a call from a number which had no caller ID telling me it was not available. Days later it was still on their website. Almost a week later I still haven’t received a refund. I would never use this company again.

Received immediate confirmation and shortly after a delivery time confirmation on my chosen date, from the manufacturer. On the delivery date I received an updated delivery time slot and the friendly, cheerful & efficient driver, Brandon Lancett, arrived well within the time slot. All items look good and I look forward to them being in place in our garden. Great service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again. Thank you so much!

Poor service all round. I ordered 6 panels, all of which had some form of damage. The customer service was terrible, I was promised a refund on one panel but I still haven’t received that and the 2 company’s who work together clearly don’t talk or even care about customer satisfaction. My refund wasn’t processed until I had more than 4 conversations between the 2 businesses. My worst ever experience as a consumer.

Very smooth process and clear order delivery instructions. I ordered in late April and the panels arrived on time and were delivered in a friendly, professional manner. The only criticism, fairly minor, is the width of the panels were an inch shorter than stated which meant I had to add a strip to make sure they fit in the existing concrete posts.
