Had my house listed and under offer in 3 days! Great way to go if you are confident selling the house yourself and are looking for a way to get listed on realestate.com and domains. Had a great experience with buy my place especially with any questions you have being able to send them a text and get a reply straight away.

Customer service is always quick and reliable! I felt extremely supported throughout the entire process. Being able to text for assistance made things so simple. The money saved on not paying for real estate fees was significant. I will be selling all my properties using Buy My Place in the future!

We listed our property in the Whitsundays on the Thursday, had an inspection Friday and had accepted an offer by Monday!

We found the sale process so much quicker dealing direct than through real estate agencies, who take time to submit all offers. We had decided on a price we were happy with (after comparing similiar properties sold and available) and let our interested potential purchasers know that if they came close to our listed figure we were happy to go to contract without playing interested buyers off against each other.

We found dealing direct a much better experience. We were able to answer potential purchasers questions immediately, and being able to communicate one on one made the whole buy/sell process a lot less stressful.

On the 2 occasions we needed advice buymyplace answered my questions within 5 minutes, which we found pretty amazing.

We hope others read our review and consider this option. Having our home listed on realestate.com, domain and other home sale websites was the major reason we decided to at least try it, as well as the genuine reviews online. I use this Platform for my Landlords to sell and rent their properties. We get the same exposure as other agents without the big price tag. I have been using this platform for many years.

The team at Buymyplace were excellent. Communication was brilliant. Texts were responded to in a short time frame. All marketing material arrived quickly and was of good quality. As an ex agent I was familiar with the nuts and bolts of listing but you still have questions working with any new system. We had offer agreed with the first buyer to inspect and exchanged a week later. The price was substantially over the agent’s opinion. I advise you have professional photos and floor plans done and pay for the package that will get you the maximum exposure on the portals. You’re saving on fees, you CAN afford the marketing. Selling my own home was definitely the highlight of 15 years of real estate!

Using BuyMyPlace is probably the least stressful and most profitable way to sell your house.
I got my ad on Domain.com and Realestate.com in no time and I could easily adjust price range, edit the sales text and mange photos with a few clicks. BuyMyPlace can do a professional write up for you (recommendable if you’re not a professional writer) and you manage the rest (they can organise a photographer as well).
Dealing with inspections was also much easier without an agent in the middle. You can add and change inspection times within seconds. You receive the buyers yourself and tell them all about your place.

I got a lot of positive feedback from buyers telling me how much they liked talking to the actual owner.
I think selling a house is never really easy and never stress-free. But at least I didn’t have to manage a real-estate agent on top of everything else (they require a contract, you need to tell them what you want, they may try to push you to sell quickly under price, etc.).
I found the agents I met overall quite nice and there was nothing wrong with them. But I believe most people can sell their houses just as well or better using BuyMyPlace instead. And then of course you save a lot on agent fees.
You do need to have however some basic communication skills and act professionally.

I had a few problems but when I rang for help it was explained to me and fixed with out any problems.

Easy process. Good response. Found a suitable tenant (after reference checks etc) who moved in the day after my previous tenant moved out.

We sold our house in 4 days, and got our asking price with the first person to come through, so only one viewing.We had listed our hose 3 years prior went from one agent then another with no success.All we were left with was huge advertising costs. Both agents undervalued our home. Id never use an agent again. We are so happy.
