Hassle free & saved money. No realestate for us!

I was impressed with the number of enquiries that came in and how soon they started. Led to an early offer within 3 days. Contract pending.

The platform doesn't have many of the simple features like online application, sms notification. To make things worse, the automated email notification didn't send us the message from prospective applicants. It just provides us with the contact details. We had to keep chasing Buymyplace to manually resend the information.

Great communication and eager to help find solutions to any problems. Thank you!

I am the 3rd member of my family who has sold their property on buymyplace.
Such a great Website.
We were extremely well supported by Peter and Amanda.
The corflutes and brochures etc arrived asap.
Ran our Open Homes with great success and got the price the Real-estate agent's said we wouldn't get.
I paid extra for the Bigger photos and I highly recommend people do this.
So all in all it cost us $4,057 to sell.

Sold our property advertising through them. Very pleased and smooth experience. I would highly recommend.

Simple and could be done quickly. Very effective. Only downside was the inability to add video's of the property and the fairly brutal cropping of the pictures before they were added to the advert. Otherwise - very good value for money . WAY better than paying an estate agent to sell a vacant block .

On the day after my listing I had several enquiries and have now had an offer from one of them. In all 7 have responded. Not bad in 4 days. I am very surprised and BUYMYPLACE walked me through the process and gave me the confidence to believe I could do it.

excellent company to list our properties online and they allow me to do something the previous one did not, I can make any changes to the listing myself, the previous one I had to message them with the changes and they would do them. I would suggest to them one thing, there must be aways to select the main picture and there is not, at least I have do not know how to do it.

Very helpful. The guys behind the scenes provided great expertise in getting the Adv ready for advertising.
It was a slow process in selling but the adv continued to show the listing and got views, so I was impressed the whole process.

Easy to use and great value.

This is my second experience with BuyMyPlace, the first being in 2017. What an outstanding company! I have just sold our former family home in under 2 weeks with only 2 public Open For Inspections. The price was well above my expectations. I wouldn't use anyone else. Personal service, even after hours on a weekend and technical help all along the way. The in-house photographer, Vanny, took beautiful photos and their high quality came up a treat on my signboard and brochures.

Easy interface to use. Only complaint is that often the interface would need to be reloaded a few times to see my listings. Seemed to be a capacity thing, in the morning never an issue but at night more so. Only had two home opens and property was sold.

Haven't both the property owners and buyers fed up with the property agency people? They charge huge amount money with doing very little work. It's time to change this situation, Buymyplace gives all people a new choice, with the very similar or same result, you can avoid to be overcharged, being played and fooled by the property agency people. This is the best thing has happened to the property selling/buying industry. The staff from Buymyplace are friendly, helpful, quick response and easy to communicate.

Buymplace was again easy to sell my property. My last sale using Buymyplace was about 10 years ago. It cost me $795 then to get my property onto realestate.com.au etc and again this time. so cheap and it works so easily. The support from Amanda on phone was also aa terrific help.
Saved me about $14000 dollars!
