HUGELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
I used Alex in 2020 originally after he very quickly responded to a job I posted on Rated People.
He was good at the sales element and knew his stuff.
Pricing was also good but from then onwards all the excuses started.
From never ever attending on the date or time that was agreed to then not responding to any messages or emails or calls.
Now he is making it difficult for me to move my intruder system to another installer when he is clearly not interested to do the work himself.
Not a great way to run a company. That being said, his company accounts are overdue as well so I guess he will soon be in more trouble.
Avoid this firm!

Alex is very unreliable but when he does the job he does it well however, he never replies to his messages and never turns up when he says he will, I have had to go to a different company now as he has let me down too many times, VERY UNRELIABLE! not only me but I feel ashamed to have recommended him when I first had CCTV installed, (i did not know he was so unreliable back then) to my friend and my daughter and he has let them down as well, I feel so embarrassed for that. it's a terrible way to run a business, it's a disgrace, he let me down. If you value your time go to a more reliable company as you will wait and wait for him to turn up, and he doesn't and won't answer his phone. shame on him. if I could leave no stars I would.

Alex arrived on time and was very pleasent and polite and after 4 days of nothing he got it working. Thankyou.

Alex was really knowledgable from the start to end, from providing me a competitive quote and explaining in detail what I would be buying to a professional install. Alex and his team's workmanship is 10/10 and throughout the process kept my property tidy, kept me updated and answered any questions I had.

Alex takes pride in his profession, which is reflected in his work. I would personally use Alex and his team again and would reccomend him to family and friends in the future.
