Cancun Airport Transportation Reviews 

We have use Happy Shuttle numerous years and they have been reliable, great communication and on time.
In 2025, we were outside of our resort in Cancun waiting for Happy Shuttle to arrive. The resort bellboy told us, go sit down inside and I'll let you know when Happy Shuttle arrives. Unfortunately, Happy Shuttle arrived and the bellboy didn't see him. The driver was a little upset, he had to wait, but he did wait for us. And he took time to find us. I would recommend Happy Shuttle.

Transportation was pre booked and pre paid. Our flight and baggage were delayed about 40 min. They didn’t wait nor called to check what’s going on. When we called they offered transportation in 2 hrs. By that time we’d travelled for 14 hrs, so had to book and negotiate with another company. It was a nightmare. They refused to refund as it was “our fault”. I don’t understand how the flight delay was my issue. Go with another company and good luck with all of them.

I booked a transfer with Cancun Airport Transportation, and it was a complete disaster. Nobody was there to meet me at the airport even though the booking was confirmed. After a long flight, I was left waiting and trying to reach them with no success.

When I finally got help later, there was no real apology or responsibility taken — only excuses and delays. Their customer service is unresponsive, and I still haven’t received the refund I was promised.

There are many other reliable transfer companies in Cancun — avoid this one at all costs!

Best airport transportation in Cancun. Cancun Airport Transportation was at the airport on time and with the vehicle booked, they gave us water and the ride was smooth and quick.

The company was incredibly flexible with our last minute flight changes. It was easy to change our transportation reservation via email. Gerry was a wonderful driver. We got to our resort quickly and safely. He played music for us and helped with our bags. We will be booking again.
