I used Cancun Airport Transportation to get to and from our AirB&B and the Cancun Airport during my stay. The trip from the airport was fine and employees were very friendly. The trip back had some problems - the driver was about 20 min late - and communicated being late but was also later than communicated. More concerning however and the reason for my review, is the the driver who took me back to the airport at the end of my trip took my my passport out of my hand to snap a photo of it in WhatsApp and sent it somewhere. I had already provided my receipt/confirmation and it would have been fine for him to verify my name, but unacceptable to take a copy of my passport and without my permission. At the drop off point I asked him to delete the photo, and he did, but unfortunately I can't delete it from the phone of whomever he sent it to. This is suspicious and I reported it to my local DSS office, but of course not much can be done until after an issue with my identity or finances etc. I wouldn't use them again after this happened.

Our original transportation company cancelled last minute, and Cancun Airport Transportation came to the rescue! I booked our pick up mid-flight about two hours from landing, and our driver Ulysses was waiting for us when we walked out of the airport. Would highly recommend this company.

JD was super nice and very knowledgable about the area of playa del carmen. When I return back I would love to request JD to be our driver for future rides. Very happy with his services!

I recently used Cancun Airport Transportation for transportation to Canun Airport from the Hard Rock Hotel. It was a great experience from the first pick up to the last day of pick up and drop off. Aguilar, our driver, picked up my family of four in a spacious and clean SUV. Aguilar was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The ride was comfortable, and the pricing was very reasonable for the excellent service provided. I highly recommend Cancun Airport Transportation and will definitely use them again.

If I could give this company ten stars I would. Here is why. We originally were supposed to fly into Tulum, but because of bad weather we ended up flying into Cancun. Our flight also got delayed ten hours. However not only were they able to pick us up at Cancun they charged nothing extra. They were very easy to contact and they were the only bright spot in a horrible day of travel. Then when we arrived at Cancun. At 11pm mind you. Our driver who is named Juan D got us all to his van and lifted all of our spirits after a long long day of travel. Great attitude, beer, and tequila made this the most enjoyable 300 and something dollars I have ever spent. I highly recommend using this company for all your travel needs.
