Delivery on time
I have had a few orders now.

I didn’t get my delivery as the courier Yodel delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted Candy Delivered numerous times with photos proving it wasn’t my door in the courier photo. They then e-mailed the courier photos saying that was proof of delivery. Contacted Yodel who admitted it was delivered to wrong address and they will investigate. I forwarded Yodel response to Candy Delivered but still no response. I have requested a refund or a new order. My next response will be to contact PayPal with all my evidence for a refund. This Company’s Customer Service is diabolical at best.

I loved the sweets apart from one pkt wasn't what I ordered I emailed them and sent pictures what they asked me to send and I've herd nothing back but other then this loved what else I had In my box

Considering the wrong sweets were sent & yr customer services are not replying to my emails, not sure you should be asking for a review

Honestly, avoid.

I spent £123.48 and received multiple bags advertised as 100g that were significantly underweight — some weighing as little as 77g INCLUDING the packaging. The strawberries also weren't what was advertised.

I've been trying to return the entire order since 20th August. I've sent photos, answered their questions and repeatedly asked for return instructions.

Instead, they randomly refunded me £11.36, ignored my request for a full return/refund and have now stopped responding altogether.

It's now 11th September and I've had to raise a dispute with my bank for the remaining £112.12.

Absolutely shocking way to deal with a customer complaint. I certainly won't be ordering again.

When I ordered, I was quoted 2-3 working days delivery.
I am now 10 days in & still no delivery !
Customer services replied to me with a generic email saying that they are processing 500 orders a day. I’m not interested in the other 499 but feel sorry for the other customers. I will avoid completely in the future !

My partial arrived all crushed and opened and two packets of sweets were missing. I have emailed this in but I have no response.

Ordered as it popped up, wasn’t planning on getting any sweets that evening!! Great service and delivery time and the best sweets ever! Will definitely buy again

Item has not been delivered. I couldn't give a lower experience although I wanted to. I hope they give me my money back but I doubt it.

Fantastic sweets brought me straight back to my childhood,especially the icy cups as they are so hard to get hold of sometimes,and I’ll will be buy again in the future

My sweets were delivered on time. When I opened them they were fresh and exactly what I ordered. I was very pleased.

Absolutely rubbish!

I ordered for a friend to show her some love and cheer her up - no foam strawberry mushroom but an added pack of milkshake bottles! I chose individual packs for a unique experience and you added 2 of the same!
I asked for pink and white mini heart shaped marshmallows u gave a cheap bag of normal marshmallows!
Paid for a 3 - 4 working day delivery for the package to arrive before my friend went on holiday - it arrived whilst she was away so I had to arrange for it to go to a neighbour's -it took 6 days to arrive - when I chased I just got a generic email - which if you are having issues you should make this aware ono your website.

Not very happy with the service and probably will not use you again or recommend!

Disappointment

My bowls team mate has been everywhere trying to find his favourite sweets but can't get them locally so I went on line and found them for him, he will be so pleased with them thanks

I really can’t find any faults. So easy to use app easy to find what you like . Every product was packaged in great condition and arrived in great condition. Some of the sweets really did take me back to my childhood days they tasted just the same . Can’t wait to order again as there are sooo many to chose from 🥰
