Had to use customer services as struggling to find cooker model no and it turned out original receipt was incorrect. The lady on customer services couldn't have been more helpful .

Quick, easy and prompt service with no problems.

I bought a new cooker element for my Cannon cooker from Cannon Spares, I could have bought a cheaper one but why compromise! The part fitted perfectly, arrived very quickly and was reasonably priced. I would therefore recommend this company without reservation, excellent.

Item took much longer to arrive than expected. When I tried several times to find out the reason for the delay the call centre was always too busy to answer my call. After leaving a message, however, they did ring back to explain the delay was due to the post service affected by the bad weather.

Correct part at a decent price

Very good service. Items delivered very quickly and in good order.
My only quibble would be to ask for a little more detail on each item on the web site, so I could match the parts to the job I was doing.
When doing the same for my Miele washing machine, I was actually sent a diagram detailing all the separate parts, which made it really easy to see exactly what I needed..

Required potentiometer for Canon Cooker. Was able to identify the correct one via the website and it arrived promptly and cooker was working again.

My order was paid including carriage. I received an acknowledgement of my order for delivery to France marked paid. I subsequently received an email asking for additional delivery payment. Seemingly the carriage paid was for UK only. An email exchange ensued with the result that the manager overturned the agents previous statement that delivery would be made on additional payment.I was left with no option but to cancel the order in favour of a refund which was promptly handled.
