It's fair to say that I was a little apprehensive buying a new car without going through the main dealer but I needn't have worried, Michael at Car and Van discount was extremely helpful answering the pettiest of questions, my car was by far the best price I could find and the service was excellent, I was able to part exchange my old vehicle with no hassle, new one delivered and my old car collected from home, all on the same day, and within a much shorter lead time than quoted by main dealers! All completely hassle free. I will definitely be using Car and Van discount again in the future and highly recommend them for a great deal and great service.

From the first point of contact to the delivery of the car Michael has been faultless and a pleasure to deal with, I would call it car buying made simple, considering the supply chain issues that we are facing at the moment, i am pleased to say that the car arrived within the quoted delivery window.

I regret not finding sooner this company as not only did it offer me a significant discount but also excellent customer support from Michael who handled the transaction very satisfactorily. The vehicle [Transporter Panel Van] was delivered ahead of schedule with good notice. I’ve received subsequent support with questions that cropped up which is not always the case post-purchase.
I have no reservation in recommending this company.

I ordered a Volvo XC40 in December 2020 for delivery 1 March 2021 but have just been informed by Michael Lawless that the car will now not be delivered. Michael made some excuse about Volvo cancelling the order but I find this very difficult to believe given it was supposed to be delivered 7 days from now. Do not use this company.

Michael did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the process, and both vehicles were delivered well within the timescale.

Car was delayed due to Covid etc.. but I was kept up to date on the progress. Arrived on the delivery day as agreed and hand over was easy. Great price and Michael was always available to answer any questions during the process. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
