My opinion of this company is very low.they advertise the check as q one off payment of £5.95 but hidden in the small print it enters you into a monthly subscription at a cost of £39.99 a month an it only gives you 48 hours to cancel before it charges you. It takes the money straight out of your bank under a different name so you don't notice at first by the time you do it's taken 3-4 payments.total rip off don't use this site find another before you get ripped off to

I agree to purchase a single vehicle check and declined the offer to subscribe as it wasn't necessary. Imagine my surprise when 7 days later you took the subscription fee anyway, and now nearly a month later I'm still fighting to get my money back!

Very poor payed for a vehicle report never got one what’s the point in that

I pay the raport and I didn't receive any raport!

I paid for a report and didn't receive one and was opted in to a monthly subscription for £30 a month, this site is robbing people and not giving them a report that they had paid for

Scam no report on dashboard and signed up for a subscription without knowing until payment had processed for car check

Ripoff paid for full report got nothing back , called customer service and was number 1 in queue but no answer after 45mins , had to call bank to get refund.

This site is a scam site. It’s a con. The information can be got from other sites on established sellers. These guys sent you a Mail and automatically charge you 40 pounds a month do not trust them. This is a scam getting you to unloading me subscribed on a monthly fee for 40 pounds

Paid and ordered the report ..got the confirmation that your report is ready to download but nothing on the account for me to download and saying my 48 hours subscription will be expired on same day as well and later will charge £39 per month..total scam

I am appalled to find that by completing an order for a car report, this company subscribed me to a monthly payment of £33. Nowhere in the screens that I saw was I asked if I wanted this.

Misleading, googled car check and all I got was a link to a subscription and no car check misleading

Excellent feed back gave me everything I needed to know
highly recommend to anyone considering buying a used vehicle.
the cost was low at just £5,95 not a lot for safety and knowing what you are buying .

Got scam don't use it, they charge me £39.9 monthly, which it didn't state clear on website. AVOID!!!!!!

What a waste of money

Paid for a report and it’s not available so just paid for nothing

I paid for a one off car check which was £1.95. Few days later I found not only a £1.95 but also a charge for £39.90. Contacted the company via email and they said they have not taking any other payment then I get an email about a monthly subscription for £39.90 which I did not sign up for not did I agree to.

This company is fraudulently adding monthly subscriptions without prior notice to their customers. Absolutely disgraceful.

Went to login to my account and cancel this subscription which I did not pay for or agree to having.
