Hard working people.

Only had my car for 30 days and got to drive it for 8 days. When purchased it they said they went through the car.

Thank you Steve for helping get a car! Your the best bro!!

I went in Dec to purchase a car. I applied and was approved with a hefty down payment. The down payment was high because, at the time, I was working through a temporary staffing company transitioning to a new hire position. I was instructed to come back when I was hired in with paystubs to prove employment. One month later I came back, down payment was knocked all the way to $39 down. I was able to add $1000.00 of my own cash with what the finance company approved me for, and drove off in a 2012 push start Altima. Also car city matched my down payment up to $500 so that was put towards my car as well. I was able to do a referral scratch off, my sister referred me, and she’s being sent the reward in mail. Best car experience ever!! Also received $25 Meijer gift card for setting up payment schedule to be directly deducted from my banking account! I could go on and on about the Perks of the extra insurance blah blah blah but I believe you all get the picture. #HappyCustomer #SatisfiedMom

Excellent customer service! Love them

Great experience. Nice dealers, good selection. I love my Journey!!!

Friendly and courteous. They explained the term in detail. Listened to my concerns.

Very helpful. Steve and jared rock!

This was our second car from Car City. We have always received excellent service. Our Sales person, Robb Ayers, was wonderful to work with. I enjoy your no pressure approach. We walked the lot uninterrupted, found our choice and then came inside. Which is exactly the way I like to shop. Our family would like to thank all of the people at Car City and Orbit Leasing, for the above average care and service they provide. We recommend you to all of our friends and family. Our oldest daughter and son in law are now driving a Car City vehicle!! Thank you.
Sincerely,
The Gridley Family

Very good and they communicate with you right away

Highly recommend Anthony from United Autos at Car City Minchinbury. Service and people skills were outstanding, didn’t feel pressured into anything at all whilst we looked around, unlike some “ car sales men “ . Kept us updated on what was happening and where we were at whilst finance was getting approved. Go and have a chat with Anthony from United Autos I’m sure he will look after you 👍🏼

Car City did me right, and I will be back with my business again in the future.

This was the easiest and most laid back purchase I've ever made. Jordan was awesome!! I tell everyone to go to CarCity!!!❤️❤️

Car City has worked with me on the last three vehicle purchases. They make it easy to apply, and are quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. The overall experience I have had is a positive one.

Jordan was very helpful and friendly. Made the hole process simple and easy!
