Royal Wootton Basset store is FANTASTIC
I need to give a big shout out to my local store in Royal Wootton Bassett.
I use CF a lot especially when making balloon displays for family and friends occasions.
1. The colleagues are awesome and fun to chat with.
2. The Balloons are amazing quality.
3. Accessories range for such a small store is bang on.
I used to run the Cardmarket business and always focussed on fun and positivity. This is exactly what I get when I visit you.

Horrific Customer Service
Horrific, honestly. I paid for three balloons for my best friend's daughter's birthday. I paid about £4 extra for each balloon to be inflated upon arrival, and paid extra for specific day delivery to ensure they got to me on the day of her birthday so as to avoid any deflation. The balloons arrived not even removed from their packaging but with the word "INFLATE" stickered on the back of each. So I contacted CardFactory to tell them that they had failed to deliver the items as I ordered and because of the disappointment, and it being for a child's birthday celebrations, I thought they would respond promptly with apologies and some form of compensation. In my original e-mail I attached images of the balloons as they arrived. The e-mail response I received asked me for photographs of the balloons, which I had already sent, but I sent the images again. Then they never responded to me. I contacted twice more after this to ask what they were going to do to correct this error and they continued to ignore me. I had to pay an additional £15 for the balloons to be blown up at an independent party supply store and one of the balloons popped immediately, so obviously also shoddy product. It's downright rude to be ignored by one of the leading card stores in the UK, they must make enough money to refund people for their mistakes and terrible products, especially if they're taking money and then not even delivering on the purchases.
Shameful. Do not use. Massive disappointment.

I gaven an order for a Father's Day card on 16/06/2026 I'm pregnant I want to give a surprise for husband with a card. That's why I'm so excited. they said we will deliver it in 3days or order will be deliver on Saturday. I'm waiting today is Father's Day (Sunday)

I want to give praise to one of your customer service team, Lindsay. I ordered a Father’s Day card a a while ago and it never turned up (no blame on card factory it was Royal Mail that seems to have lost it). I rang CS and spoke to Lindsay and when she told me it was lost I burst into tears. Unfortunately myself and my partner have just lost a baby and this card was one I ordered for him ‘from heaven’. It’s a very difficult and emotional time for both of us and I really wanted this card to arrive. Bless her she handled it so well. I did calm down and apologise to her but she was so lovely and so patient. She also sent me a voucher for 1st class tracked shipping to try and make sure my reorder arrived on time as she understood the importance. It hasn’t come yet and I’m desperately hoping it does but I just wanted to make sure she got the praise for trying her best and being so supportive on the phone. She also sent a follow up email which just felt like a really personal touch and I appreciated the time she gave me. I hope you can find her and give her credit she is an amazing member of staff to have

Prices have increased dramatically…
Prices have increased dramatically recently and it’s quite difficult to edit the text online. When I asked for cards to come with an extra envelope they come closed and I had to open them to find out which card was inside. Some items were also shipped separately recently and some haven’t turned up. I like to order cards and hand write them but that’s no longer an option. You have to delete the text which takes longer

The company that thinks you’re stupid
The company that thinks you’re stupid! I made an online order. As soon as I checked my email I spotted the address mistake. I called customer services straight away to rectify it. I only received half my order and the Royal Mail parcel was sent back. They said the post code was wrong. I called again and was told I would just have to wait. My child wouldn’t be getting his card in time now!!
Bottom line is my child didn’t get his personalised birthday card and wrapping paper. That’s not fair!!
The lady I was talking to down right lied to me! Telling me the address was right…it couldn’t have been or Royal Mail wouldn’t have sent it back to them! As a good will gesture they refunded the missing items. (That should have been done anyway I think) She ended all correspondence then! Rude, very rude…not at one point was I rude to them her. Really bad service! Mistakes happen, I put it right. Card factory customer service screwed up and had to lie instead of apologising for getting it wrong. Has the order been cancelled now?? I would have still liked the card..who knows….
UPDATE
As soon as I posted this review card Factory got back to say they still haven’t received it back. It’s been 10 days since Royal Mail sent it back to them.
They will post it back to me…it took 6 days and this review to tell me what was going on. Coincidence…🤔 I finally know what’s happening.
