Very comprehensive and organised course. A real game changer . Dr Ranjna is very supportive and ready to answer the questions at all times. I would recommend this course to everyone who is getting ready for their consultant interview.

Dr. Garg is a senior consultant in the United Kingdom who helps registrars and consultants prepare for fellowship and consultant positions through interview preparation and training. I found her through her website. She is passionate about helping doctors around the massive stress and anxiety around interviews that can change your career, and I found her flexible, willing to fit into my crazy schedule and work late at night, as well as being able to squeeze me in last minute. She delivered too - i got the fellowship post that she prepared me for. I had no idea how important preparation was for these interviews - I always just assumed it was "Be yourself" and hope for the best. But no. Preparation really is key, and dr Garg will give you the tools that you need to succeed.
If you are considering a company to go with, C4D are tiny, personal and flexible, and I cannot recommend highly enough.

They booked me in for a free consultation and 3 sessions on short notice within 5 days of my interview for 1-to-1 coaching with Dr Garg. The sessions were tailored to my needs, very informative and helpful in developing my interview style and approach. I used Career4Doctors to prepare for my Consultant interview and found it invaluable. Dr Garg was amazing in helping me to prepare for my IMT interview! She is extremely experienced and is very good at identifying areas you need to work on, there is a collated book of clinical and ethical cases, the sessions were also very flexible and can be booked as needed. It was a great experience and I really couldn't have done it without her.

It was an overall wonderful experience preparing for my substantive consultant interview. As soon as you register, you are provided access to a lot of well designed material that you can review in your own time, which is extremely helpful. Regarding consultant interviews Career4doctors provides reading material and weekly sessions to improve your skills but the real value is Dr Garg and her 1 to 1 coaching sessions where I received targetting feedback in improving my interview technique and stucturing my answers. Very useful in preparing for consulant interviews.

Dr Garg’s IMT interview preparation course was excellent. I felt well prepared with techniques to approach any question. The one to one coaching was invaluable getting personalised feedback and identifying weakness. 100% worth the investment.

Definitely a course I would recommend for anyone considering any medical interview preparation. The panel of Doctors, and the team are very experienced, friendly and approachable. They also hold sessions filled with knowledge you can gain and practice.

I joined the course months before the application process started . We had regular sessions where Dr.Garg had guided me through on how to build my portfolio to get shortlisted .
It helped be immensely to score enough points to get shortlisted .We also had weekly session to discuss ethical and clinical scenarios and also had 1:1 mock sessions as well.
