Clean, efficient, and respectful.

We received excellent advice from Diana. The installers were excellent and responded favorably to all requests. I would recommend this company to anyone - we did a full whole home reno top-bottom. No complaints!

Very satisfied with the in-home measuring and install. The in-home representives were so friendly and accommodating and helpful - I have nothing but great things to say about them.

Not as satisfied with the in-store experience.

I felt the representative in-store was not receptive of our request to find a perfect match to our existing carpet regardless of cost (of which I had brought a swatch) and was solely trying to sell us the end of the roll option. After showing me the end of the roll options she did not seem interested at all in finding a better match with the order-in options. When I insisted, she helped for only a few minutes and finding none stopped looking. Perhaps gaining more determination due to her apathy, I was literally crawling around looking through all the swatches and indeed found a perfect match. Now satisfied, I asked her to send us a quote for both the perfect match and the end of the roll option; however, the following day she sent me only the end-of-the-roll option. I was quite irritated by the whole experience. We did actually go for the perfect match "full price" option and I'm unsure why this salesperson was so unreceptive for us. It's the first time I've ever had someone not try to up-sell me on anything; it truly shouldn't be so hard to give a company more money.

I'd give the installers and the flooring 5 stars, but some of the overall process was a tiny bit of time delay. Overall we were very pleased with the experience. 4.5 would be my real review.

The sales staff we spectacular, patient and willing to go out of their way to find me the right product for my price point.

I was worried about the installers but they were clean good guys that I would ask for again.

We had no trouble picking a nice flooring from very helpful salespeople. We loved the selection in quality and price and no pressure at all from sales staff. The install went smoothly and we are loving our new room. If there's a seam in the carpet somewhere, I can't find it!

Diana (consultant designer) was most helpful and very very willing to talk about the many different flooring products. She encouraged me to take home various samples, try them and come back for different ones, which I did. She was congenial, didn't push any product and totally willing to spend the time answering my questions. The installers(Lorne and Bob) were excellent, very considerate of the situation as we were living in the midst of the reno. They tidied up at the end of the day taking all waste with them. I appreciated their expertise and advice when I aired concerns. Yari and son speedily reinstalled the closet doors and there has been contacts made from follow-up employees regarding installation. So far we have experienced complete customer satisfaction

Job went good, no fuss, in and out, very satisfied, However it was a small job and floor was 100% prepared for the lino installer.

I was very nervous about having carpet replaced in my home after other renovation nightmares. This company was totally professional. The price was the price. We had a power outage county wide and we were not charged extra. Our installer was honest, and we felt comfortable with him locking up our home. Really appreciate a experience of good. Diana offered options we did not think of and the bill was the bill. Thanks great experience.

When I decided to get my floors redone I went to Carpet One because of an advertisement and then a recommendation..I am very happy with what I picked. Dianne was a great help at the store and Jeremy did the work.It is well done. No mess left, very careful with new floor and appliance replacement..I would definitely recommend them

This is a top quality company, full of people who stand by their product and their promises. This is not our first experience with Carpet One, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

Our installers, Trevor and Joe, both did a phenomenal job and were extremely good to work with. Their skill level is obvious and it was clear they took pride in their work, the installs were flawless. They communicated well with us on site so that we knew exactly what was going on, and they were quick to ask questions if there was something they were unsure of, to make sure everything was done how we wanted it.

Pat, as always, was a pleasure to work with in the show room and provided useful insight into our choices and selections.

ALL of the staff in this store are friendly and so great to work with, and I personally believe this is an exceptionally well led group of people who take care and pride in what they do.

We recently renovated the common areas in our office building in Lacombe. Flooring in entryways, hallways and bathrooms was a major part of this job as well as bathroom countertops and tile work. They did an amazing job in all areas. The installers did a quality job, showed up on time and the work was completed as promised. We finished the job ahead of schedule and on budget! The service we received from Carpet One was amazing we chose carpet for our home and as they were installing it we realized it was not for us. It didn't look how we had imagined, thank goodness for their beautiful guarantee. There was no hassle to remove the carpet we didn't like and choose a different carpet! In the end we got exactly what we wanted! The installers were great, very friendly and professional. The Designer was very helpful and accommodating I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects. Thank you Carpet One!
