If you use Ontario’s official BetGuard Centralized Self-Exclusion system, be aware that Casino Time is currently refusing to honor the province's player protection laws.I officially registered my centralized self-exclusion with BetGuard on May 29th. Despite this, Casino Time’s platform completely failed to sync with the central registry for nearly a month, allowing me to log in, deposit, and gamble from May 31st - June 25th.When called out, their customer support closed my ticket and claimed they hold zero liability for BetGuard syncing failures. This is a direct violation of the AGCO Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming (Standard 2.11), which mandates that operators must cross-reference player data and block centrally excluded individuals immediately. Furthermore, AGCO directives clearly state that wagers made after an exclusion must be canceled and refunded.I have already escalated this systemic compliance failure and the full email chain directly to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario (iGO) for a formal investigation and audit.If you value a platform that actually respects regulatory player-safety laws and responsible gambling infrastructure, look elsewhere.

In my experience, this platform does not seem to place much value on fairness or customer satisfaction. The game selection rarely changes, the odds feel extremely low, and I have repeatedly noticed situations where a game appears to be performing well, only to freeze or restart. After restarting, the results often trend negatively until the balance is depleted.

I have contacted customer support several times to express these concerns, but I have not received responses that adequately addressed the issues. While the platform states that it operates legitimately, I believe there is a lack of transparency and trustworthiness in the overall experience.

This has been very disappointing, especially when there are other platforms that appear to prioritize customer satisfaction and player value. Based on my personal experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and consider alternative platforms where they feel more respected and appreciated as customers.

Please stay away from this game, It is full of malicious software. Most of their new games came up with Malicious Site Blocked. I brought it to their attention, the agent thanked me for bringing it to his attention (umm, is it not YOUR job to keep my information safe?) Then another agent told me it was my fault lol. The RTP is absolutely awful! If you value your privacy and money, do not go near this one!
I'd give it a huge negative number for trustworthiness.

I won 480.00 and received them both withen minutes one was 200 and one was 280 i didnt expect to win after pulling the 280 the first time.

Won a few dollars on the Slingo type games on Casinotime, every time I tried to collect my winnings it would give me a "network error" message but I had no problem playing any other games or continuing to wager on that same round, real convenient.

Ive used this casino for awhile now, the app sucks. I had to stop using the app because it wouldnt sign in, you cant even use it on a browser half the time unless you go incognito. No they always have these promos up that your supposed to get via email which ive recieved maybe once. Recently i questioned them about and was told i would recieve them the following week but i did not. I talked to support and they decide to tell me it a technical glitch that put the promo up and has since been taken down. I have a screenshot of me being told i would recieve them. To me a casino that has technical glitches like that doesnt seem like something i would trust my money with so for this reason i wouldnt suggest you use them. There is plenty of other casinos out there with out these problems. Try your luck at them.
