Prompt service and delivery. The mirror was exceptionally well packaged and labelled as fragile. Always a concern with such items.

Very good customer service.Even though we didn’t purchase the original items, which were relatively new, we were still offered a substantial discount for the replacements.

two of the three products came damaged
The products are lovely when not damaged. However, two of the three products came damaged due to poor packaging, this was dealt with but we then had to redo the ceramic part of the tap ourselves, which I wouldn't expect for an expensive product. One item took three attempts before finally turning up undamaged, which put a delay to the work, and the returns process is very specific and makes you feel like you won't succeed in a successful return!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are very pleased to hear that you were happy with the products themselves, but we are sorry that your experience was affected by items arriving damaged.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive damaged goods, particularly when a replacement is also affected and this causes delays to your project. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide.
We also appreciate your comments regarding both the packaging and our returns process. Our returns requirements are designed to ensure items are received back safely and can be processed correctly, but they should never make the process feel unnecessarily difficult.
Thank you again for your feedback. We will take your comments on board as we continue to review both our packaging and after-sales process.
Great customer services and delivery.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service
When the hot tap on my wall-mounted basin mixer seized,I contacted The Cast iron Bath Company to enquire about spares availability. They responded quickly, and asked me to send photos to help identify the problem. Following this, the parts were despatched and arrived a few days later. Carriage was free and the cost of parts very reasonable. The actual swap out of valve and handle took only a few minutes and the tap is now returned to its former function.

Communication and delivery were fine
Communication and delivery were fine. The item ordered was a enamel bath plug with the cast iron bath company branding which looked nice and well made. However it was too small for the bath waste by a tiny margin so water was draining while the plug was in place. A plug that doesnt stop water passing is not really what you would call fit for purpose. For reference the old bath plug and a spare i had both fit so it's not an unusual sized waste. The rubber o ring on the plug needs to be thicker. Contracted the seller about this issue but got no reply so I now have an attractive looking plug that isnt functional
