I was looking for someone to come and have a look at my boiler, which kept losing pressure. I found this company through the internet; dropped into their office in Redcar and an engineer came out the same day. The engineer looked around; at the boiler, radiators and bathroom; and we discussed my options. I decided to have a new boiler installed as mine was ten years old. They emailed me a quote the same day. The price was very competitive and I decided to go ahead. They turned up first thing in the morning at 7.30am on the day we agreed. The whole team, including apprentices, were very professional, laying protective covers over the carpets and keeping me updated throughout the morning. They were done by lunch time. Absolutely fantastic service, I expected weeks of stress and plumbers cancelling or not turning up on time, but not with this company: the job was done the same week as the quotation and completed in 3 hours by their engineer, Ross. I would highly recommend.

Serviced my boiler and added a pressure reducing valve on my incoming cold water service to reduce knocking and water hammer.
Excellent service and great value as usual.
Last year they replaced the boiler thermostat and did not recommend a separate service later as the same checks would be involved, thus saving me money.

From my first contact with Diane Wilson to final install and commisioning the service was outstanding. I had very urgent deadlines due to a lack of heating, and Wilson's juggled their workload to accommodate this. Work on site was efficient, clean and tidy, and everybody who came to the house were helpful and friendly. I don't have enough words to praise them adequately.

Used this company for our boiler service for a couple of years and also gaining gas in the kitchen. They are always on time, efficient, tidy and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Just had a vary bad experience with this company.this is the first and last time I have/will use them as a single man living with his 3 adult boys been left with no gas boiler for heating and water in the middle of a cold spell .no solution given just sorry got to turn your boiler off sign here not told why or no full explanation. Seems like retaliation for not getting given work after I decided to look for a cheaper quote. Its a long story but I was always open and honest with the company so they new what was going on and unfortunately my builders turned up and started putting on a garage roof . So left with no option by the plumber just turned boiler of and walked away this should be illegal I think. Parting words of plumber if you get it sorted fine or you can pay us to come back and reinstate the boiler for you . No thanks . Left me feeling very upset .

Honest, effieicent and reliable. New boiler fitted at very reasonable price. No "BS" when I had a ridiculous quote from another firm Wilson plumbing and heating gave me a realistic and suitbale price.
Ross the installer was very polite and very good.

Wilson Plumbing and Heating carried out our boiler and gas fire service they arrived on time the cleared and tidied up after completing the service and went on to explain what he had done I requested Paul the engineer that the boiler flow temperature be adjusted which he did and told us that the boiler was 98% efficient all in all a good experience and work carried out by experienced engineers.

Paul came today and did our annual boiler service. Very polite, quick and efficient. Great experience!

This company was easy to arrange a boiler service with. Steve the gas service engineer came on time, he went through the whole boiler in detail ensuring it was functioning safely. He was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to give advice about all aspects of the boiler. Steve is a credit to his company, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company who needed a reliable and competent person to service their gas system.

Wilson take pride in their customer service, and all my inquiries were dealt with promptly. The heating engineer was courteous and efficient. My new boiler was installed to a high standard and all rubbish was removed when the job was completed.
