I was skeptical of this company at first after ordering an items and seeing the reviews. However, despite myself living in Hong Kong it only took 9 days for shipping to arrive to my apartment, Package was pleasantly packed and was well. Only con is that customer service hasn't replied since day 2.

Terrible after-sales service, avoid at all costs!
I purchased 2 Keracare products, one arrived damaged. I have contacted CC for help but emails have been ignored. Really disappointed but clearly a pattern of bad service, just wish I’d have read the reviews before buying from this company.
22/2/23 - This has not been resolved despite returning the item in the pre paid envelope sent by the company.
18/03/2023- Faulty product returned, still waiting for a refund.
I wonder how many other customers have paid money for damaged or non-existent goods!

Customer service is an absolute joke
I’m so glad I decided to go on trustpilot to review this company as after having the most frustrating time ever with customer service I was so baffled . Part of me wanted to think that this company has to be utter c**p to be responding how they are so I probably shouldn’t make an order from them in case I have an issue, but then the other part thought ok if they didn’t care why have a customer service team with a chat function to begin with .. so I thought perhaps I just happed to have the misfortune of dealing with someone with no common sense
I was trying to place an order but was having difficulty both on the website and the app because there are major bugs on both ( this should have been a clue). I messaged customer service who were absolutely no help. I would get one or two word answers which did not answer anything I typed and was the most frustrating experience ever. I was going to keep on persisting trying to get an answer to my queries till I read these reviews. Worst customer service experience of my life. It’s like trying to have a conversation with a 3 year old or someone who clearly just wants to make your life difficult. They are awful
Don’t bother using them.
I will be taking my money elsewhere and thank you for the previous reviews on here…I’m sure you’ve saved me a lot of stress later on down the line
