CDJapan Reviews

love ordering from CDJapan because of their great service snd always have the best prices! I never have to worry about my order because it always arrives safely! That’s important because I order from the U.S. Also, it’s the little touches they do for their customers. I always look forward to the green tissue paper! Thank you, CDJapan!❤️

Good service, catalogue, communication, delivery times and prices. Absolutely confident on they!

I've been using CDJapan since 2018. Excellent service always. Reliable. Shipping fee although a bit high but very fast and packaging wise. My items bought from CDJapan, mostly DVDs and figurines never been damage from shipping. Payment method also easy and convenient. I recommend it!

I have been using CD Japan for several years now; their service is always excellent! I have bought clothing, magazines and umbrellas, and all have arrived in a timely fashion, carefully wrapped, no worries, and any questions I have had have been answered promptly 🙂 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Always lots of different stock in various categories. Order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Very helpful with a variety of questions, understanding about people being in different countries and wanting different items, Cannot recommend highly enough.

Trustworthy seller for their excellent service over the years. The delivery is fast and always well packed.

I have been a customer for many years and will continue to do so. CD Japan always has the best products at great prices while their customer service is 2nd to none!

I've been a cdjapan customer since 2003. From 2003 to now they have been consistently reliable and affordable option for my visual kei music needs.

Very efficient and reliable site to buy merchandise and things from Japan for international resident. Really recommend the service.

I have been using CDJapan since 2014 and I can honestly say that they have never disappointed me once. Everything that I've ordered ships very quickly, very well packaged and always arrives in pristine condition :) I really love this site and it's ALWAYS my go-to website whenever I want to order an album or DVD from Japan!

Sometimes I buy things from them and the highest plus I can give is how well the items are packaged. Even if the parcel has got more than one product, each of them is carefully protected with bubble wrap, etc. The only downside I've got to point out is a lack of VAT charge at checkout. If the site ever implements it it would be less of a headache to import things inside EU.

I've been ordering from CD Japan for probably 6 years now. They have an amazing selection of magazines and CDs and they're always my first choice when an artist from Asia drops a new CD. Great availability and packaging. Shipping is always fast, and while it *seems* costly, its a lot less than you or I would pay if we shipped a similar package internationally.

Always first with new CDs and service and delivery first class

Super fast delivery to Australia from Japan (within a few days). Books arrived in excellent condition. Ordering process was easy, no issues so far with the coupons. Please keep up the good work.

CD Japan offers a great range of cds. This store is always seeking to improve a customers experience and expand its range of products. It is quick to respond to enquiries and goods are always well packed and despatched quickly.

Cd Japan is great, they have what i usually look for which is music, they have shipping options for every budget and everything is always packed carefully and very well. never had a problem. one of my fave asian sites.

Great service and great packing. Highly recommend it.

One of the best if not the best places to buy items from Japan from safe and secure transactions and shipping

Do not used their proxy service. When I made my purchase, the shipping charge estimated by their website is 6964 yen. I paid with my credit card. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged a significantly higher amount than what I had agreed. I then received an email and was told that I need to pay 15230~22713 yen for shipping, almost two to three times what the estimate was. Plus, the order can’t be cancelled. I asked why the drastic increase of shipping cost, but no explanation was provided. I can accept a reasonably increased shipping charge because I know what the website provided is an estimate. But two to three times higher shipping costs than the original estimate? I honestly have never experienced anything like this with my other international purchases. This is my first time using CD Japan's service, and I am afraid I will not recommend it to anyone since the shipping estimate is so inaccurate. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
