CDJapan Reviews

Always great to buy from them! Highly recommended

prompt reply from customer service and right on point. Website along + proxy shopping will be able to buy most of the things needed.

CDJapan offer a huge variety and selection of fude brushes at an honest prices. I appreciate the free shipping offer at a capped ¥12000 purchases. The shipping does take longer then Amazon however that’s understandable since it is shipped from Japan. And considering that it is, I think it arrives in good time. Their packaging is also superb. I would continue to purchase my fude brushes from CDJapan as long as they continues to be an honest company selling at an honest prices.

I am in the U.S. and the music of Japan is not easily found over here. So, their variety of all styles of music has been a pleasure to search and find, with shipping rates and service that has been reliable. Great quality and service!

Exceptional service and very good prices as well.
Everything ok with my purchase at CDjapan.

CD Japan is an excellent and reliable source for purchasing Japanese items. I buy all my Japanese music from CD Japan. I've never had any problems and the customer service has been great (shipping and order combining questions - I've never personally had any troubles with CD Japan).

I would 100% recommend them for buying Japanese goods!

Excellent company I've used CDJapan for years never been disappointed with the service.

I really only had good expieriences with cdJapan. I also got fast answers to my questions too.

I’ve known about CDJapan since 2006-2007, but just recently started purchasing from their website and I wish I had been a customer way back then. I’m a huge fan of video game soundtracks and CDJapan is now my preferred way of obtaining them! Every item I order is shipped quickly (within 3-5 days) and the packaging is very secured since it’s traveling across the world. They’re even good at having older albums in stock or they try very hard to help get them available. I will forever be a customer to CDJapan for the future!

Being a CDJapan customer for 13 years I can tell you: this is the place you'll love! Great customer service, wide variety of goods, affordable prices, excellent packaging and fast delivery! I highly recommend this store and will remain it's loyal customer!

I can't say enough « thank you » about CD Japan. All my orders arrived in perfect condition. They are very generous with coupons and rewards points which I am very grateful of !

I have been buying from CD Japan for over 15 years and I can say they are one of the best online retailers I have dealt with. When I order vinyl it is always packed securely and I never get dented corners, there staff always responds in a timely manner.

Fair prices on quality games and consoles. Their packaging is the best in the industry. Safe, secure, and fast shipping! Highly recommend their store. Have shopped with them for over 3 years and will keep coming back for more!

I can't say enough great things about CD Japan. I have been a loyal customer for several years, and I have never had a bad experience. I trust them 100% every time I place an order. My CDs and DVDs arrive in perfect condition, I have never had to return an item. They are very generous with coupons and rewards points that allow me to save money on the music I love!

After receiving my order of Japanese CDs and Blu-rays I wanted to provide some positive feedback.

CDJapan packaged all the items ordered very well (bubble wrap, paper padding within a strong cardboard box), and as a result, everything arrived in pristine condition. It was really important to me when ordering items from Japan, to be able to trust that they wouldn't get damaged during shipping to the EU.

The CDJapan website is quite easy to use, and they usually have good product information, including for things like pre-orders.

It was nice that my order shipped (via DHL) before the release date, so that it arrived in the EU only the day after the Japanese release day.

Because of the quality of their service, I recommend CDJapan for ordering Japanese CDs and other media.

CDJapan is a good seller where i can find many type of music CDs , those that i love , in reasonable or great price. Customer service is very supportive , fast response and can answer my question or give a prompt advice whenever i asked . There're many promotion coupon as well as rewards point program discount so i love buying from CDJapan !

Been using this site for Japanese media for over a decade now and it has always been reliable and easy to use. Even their proxy service, where you link a product and they attempt to produce it for you, is pretty easy to use! They’re always the FIRST place I check for new anime merch, music CDs, and video games. They often have coupon codes during (Japanese) holidays, and their loyalty program gets you yen off your order, which has added up to ten dollars off some orders when I hit their promos! Be sure to sign up and let them know your birthday for a 300 yen coupon during your birth month every year! There is so much to love about CDJapan.

Super site avec un tres bon suivi client. Jamais eu de probleme avec ou tres rapidement arrangé meme lorsque ce n'etait pas leur faute (colis perdu par la poste une fois)
