The shoes I ordered were supposed to be a wide fitting but there is no where they are, Iv been backwards and forwards with ceelloop all they keep saying is send them back to China and bear the brunt of postage, which I'm not prepared to do or they're offering me 20% off which is a joke. Had I known they were coming from China I would not have ordered them.

I wish I had looked on Trust Pilot first.
I have ordered some shoes and wish I hadnt as not only have I paid for them but they helped themselves to my account and took another £5. I am still awaiting a reply but looking at other reviews I probably wont hear but I will be contacting Paypal and my bank!
Since writing my review i have received the shoes I ordered and to be honest they are quite nice. The £5 has since been refunded. This company needs to work on communication I emailed several times with no reply!

Contact is non existent there is no telephone number just an email which is ignored. This company is bad absolute rubbish. I will not buy anything again from them nor any of my extended family. They are a disgrace with no work ethics whatsoever. Do not buy from this company this is a warning. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 pairs of footwear early November 2024 to be sure I would receive them for
Christmas. They did not arrive, even though they were supposed to December 17th. Apparently my address was incorrect and three emails asking me for I address I'd had enough. My address was correct on my invoice when I checked. The courier had returned them, not me, due to a computer problem and because they would be too late for
Christmas gifts I requested a refund December 22nd. The last reply was a simple Okay!!! What company replies to a customer like that? Pay in three through PayPal got me my money back. If I had not informed PayPal this would definitely not have happened. They took the second payment knowing full well that I had not received my order and probably the third if I had not acted swiftly. I cannot give details of the merchandise, but will warn you that if they treat a customer the way I have been treated, then I am so glad for using PayPal. I received my refund within three days after my complaint to PayPal!!! Now that is what I call customer service. This company is despicable and shame on Microsoft ultimate word games app for letting these type of companies advertise.

the shoes were far too tight no way a six wide fit.
they certainly were not orthopedic or soft leather.
No paper work in the package,no advice note or return address etc.Tried to email the company the email just bounced back.
Buyers beware do not use this company,

If I could have put no stars I would. Shoes eventually arrived but far too small, not even close. For the last three months I have been trying to return them but delay after delay, they finally offered me the chance to return to China at my own expense, nothing about that in their T&Cs. Should have looked at the reviews before I ordered.

Items advertised as genuine leather but when they arrived did not seem like leather at all. I asked for confirmation of being leather but my question was ignored. I asked about a refund and was told I would have to return goods to China, so I looked up carriage costs and it would cost me nearly as much to return them as I would have refunded to me. I paid by Paypal who said I also had to return them to China to get a refund so I will also think twice before using paypal as this company is selling by misrepresentation.

My bank would not let payment through . Shows it a dodgey site .Thanks bank or keeping me safe

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Item was nothing like the one I ordered and I have been waiting for a refund since June! I send an almost weekly email asking for the refund and am still waiting. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. A complete scam.

I wish I had read these reviews before I made a purchase!
The product received was of poor quality and did not resemble the product advertised on the merchant website in any way.
The website states that you need to bear the postage cost for returns to a UK warehouse.
They only accepted a return to China!
I have not received my refund for £48, and have paid £27.95 to return the goods!!

on site the shoes i would of wanted, coulor white lovely looking flat shoe with 2 buttons on one side 2 elasticated straps that you pull over the buttons. A void at all cost's they are not white they are Cream 2 buttons missing. I too photo's to comunicate with Ceelloop Oferd 20% What a cheek i refused to get my money back i'd have to pay for P&P No that's not right so i took it up with paypal still could not get my money back of Ceelloop Paypal offerd me a Voucher and still for me to pay p&p, so i didn;t bother. Then another pair the same was sent by them which i didn't want not charged, i think its so people dont give bad feed back for them Well sorry bad feed back i have given. i would give minus stars. keep your money go to a proper shop. I WANTED A FULL REFUND

If i could give a minus figure I would. Merchandise received looked nothing like the item advertised. No chance of getting money back unless you return the items to China. Shoddy, cheap material, poorly made. Enough said. Customer Service none existant. Repeatedly ignore emails.Do not buy from this company.

Tried to return one pair of shoes (having bought 2 pairs) and they offered only 20% of the cost if I did not post them back. They have refused to pay the 20% and are ignoring my emails - don't buy anything from them as they are poor quality and ill-fitting and after service is blank. Do not use.

Oh, I so wished I had read the reviews first! I have been trying to get a return address and refund for a month! Not happening. I am emailing them daily and getting nowhere, and I am down more money than I can spare, which in the current climate is not a lot.

Well, this online shopper will not be letting themselves be scammed again. Stay away from online shops in China or anywhere the price looks too good to be true. You have been warned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Only given one star as was not able to leave any less

Do yourself a favour do not buy from this company. They offer lifetime customer service. The customer service is non existent. It took them 48 plus hours before I received a reply from them and they hadn’t even read my email which was informing them my confirmed order was wrong. They advertise as orthopaedic footwear - if you didn’t have special needs for your feet you probably will if you wear the shoddy badly made inferior products they send out. My order was not received and PayPal said they had proof order was received. I never received my item but my Gardener found a package under a bush today. One would have expected for the price for the items to arrive in a box but no a plastic envelope no padding or protection. Great website which is how I fell for the product but they should be reported under trade description act.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The sandals are a cheap shoddy plastic version of the picture shown and are not orthopaedic. The company do not have a returns policy and it’s too expensive to send the goods back. They ignore your emails. THIS IS A SCAM. I SHALL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER.

I am afraid I have already offered a review when I explained I ordered two pairs of shoes in size 4(37) clearly shown and accepted on the order, but they sent sizes 38 which is clearly the next size bigger size 5. I feel the need to advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to be aware of being scammed. After numerous emails they are still denying they sent the wrong size, even though I supplied a photograph of the bottom of the shoes clearly showing size 38. Today a month after my order they say they did not send the wrong size and insist they are not in the wrong. I explained I cannot wear the shoes because they are loose and dangerous for someone my age, so their response was to offer me a 20% discount and I could give the shoes to a family member or friend something I just cannot afford. I am elderly and this matter is so stressful, but I cannot again look at purchasing from Chinese companies that feel it is OK to operate in such a way. The shoes are nice but not the quality leather they lead us to believe. This company have no customer service and find it easy to operate in an unacceptable manner. They insist if shoes are returned it is at our expense, which would be acceptable if we changed our mind or wanted another colour, but this was their mistake that they cannot own up to. Ceelloop LEAVE WELL ALONE.

This is a scam, I bought sandals, when they arrived they were not the same as on the website, similar style but very cheap plastic versions of the one shown
