Buyer beware. This company goes by cellification and cell2get. Their address is impossible to find, and their contact number is rarely answered, so any problems take a PT job to track down. The new phone I ordered, arrived a month and a half later, after 2 tracking attempts - one which was from China. The phone was advertised as 'new', but arrived used,obviously refab in China. The buttons were worn, no instruction book included, and the battery died within 10mins after a full charge. Both company 'names' are rated "F" with the BBB. Wish I would have checked.

I ordered a i776w motorola phone on October 4th, (Shipping was to be within 10-14 days), I called on October 12th to find out where my phone was and was told it had shipped out that day. After a few days when I didn't receive the phone I called again and was told "again" it had just shipped out that day. I got the phone on October 22nd. So, the phone was late but it was here. Then I opened the box, no manual, nothing wrapped in plastic, and not the phone I ordered. I was sent a boostmobile phone, not the one I paid for on their website. (I printed pictures from the website of the one I ordered.) This company says BRAND NEW PHONES, FACTORY UNLOCKED!!!!! I took the phone to my carrier, and tried to activate the phone because when I put my sim card in the phone it said "enter special code. "
Come to find out, this phone is an "ACTIVE ACCOUNT" with another customer from boostmobile. I called and talked to Cellification and was told they don't carry the phone I ordered, and to send the phone back to them for a refund. I asked for a return mailing label, because after all this was their lie, fraud, whatever you want to call it...they refused to send me a mailing label and their is no way I would trust them to refund my money if I send the phone back. The company didn't want to explain why the phone was active in another account, nor why they didn't even have the phone that is listed on their website. I contacted my credit card company and disputed this charge with a reason. I am also contacting the BBB.
I would advise anyone NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

A no-nonsense store with a good selection of handsets and accessories. If you dislike having to shop and just want your stuff at a good decent price, this is the place to get them from.

A coworker recommended this store based on his mother’s cousin’s girfriend’s experience (how’s that for word-of-mouth!) and now I’m doing the same after three hassle-free purchases in a little over a year!

I didn’t like the prices anywhere else and then finally found exactly what I needed at the lowest price around. I was even more amazed at the service, which was quick and no problems. Great company, I will definitely keep them in mind for all future cell purchases!

First the company sent me the wrong model. I ordered a New HTC HD2 T9193 TELSTRA - UNLOCKED Cell Phone. They sent me a T-mobile branded model which does not work on the same bands. Second it was used and scratched up were some one had been working on it. I have tried to contact the the company via email and phone with no response from the company. Third the day after they charged my credit card I had 5 un authorized charges on my card and had to cancel it do to the fact it had been had. Buyers stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!

I did an upgrade from HTC to IPHONE 4 really enjoy the shopping experience i got the best service that can be. strongly recommend to all my friends to this store customer service is fast and efficient.

I ordered BlackBerry 9700, I needed it urgently before a trip abroad, I called in the morning to place an order, the product was sent to me the same day and arrived within two days, But when it arrived it was missing a charger I called the store and they claimed a tech guy forget to put the charger back in the box after unlocking the phone I spoke to nice reprseintive he offer me a refund or to send me a charger overnight.i decided just refund my credit card for the charger they refund my credit card for the charger and I had to buy it in finland but great phone really enjoying it

After a recent dispute with my wireless carrier, I felt it was time to untie myself from the burden of a cellular contract. I read reviews (here on Trustpilot of course) and decided to give Cellification.com a try.

There professionalism and knowledge of the product line has left me in awe. The sales representative helped me choose a cell phone that would best meet my needs (not pushy in any way) and the final result is one happy customer.

I guess their tagline holds true, I have now experienced true cellular gratification!

First, a word or two about their customer service: prior to purchase I called customer service for clarification about the device. I received a professional explanation to all my questions. Regarding the shopping experience on the site: excellent shopping experience. Very convenient quick. Serious and reliable customer service and responsible, with special emphasis for my age superstition me personally. The package arrived on time

Professional and courteous service (especially their wonderful representative forgot her name =) the product arrived quickly even though i had to return it because I bought the wrong phone for my service provider. They refund my money in full; Recommendation of the store in the near future intends to buy additional products

In January I bought via the site phone Sony Ericsson S700 I compare the prices and find cellification to be the cheapest for this phone model stuff was very professional, so I decided to buy there. I received the phone Within three days it came in a special protect packaging Today I got a call from the management of the site's a nice girl named song and asked me to my satisfaction. I buys cellular devices from this company and I hereby very content from the professionalism and believe this company! Cellification i has alot of cell phones in the fair prices and accord an experience of service. Undoubtedly that this is the company that is recommended to acquire from her. There is not a situation that will leave unsatisfied. Is recommended.

I purchased an iPhone unlocked. I was scared that the price was to good to be true but I took my chance and it worked out great would definitely buy again.

One of the most efficient internet stores - excellent, excellent service not seen until now and I buy a lot online. I ordered a Bluetooth headset and said it is quite urgent. Dawn (salesman) After a month I've had the rack ear, Dawn did not ask questions and he send me to the house two racks have Sapphire. I praise this store sure I'll get there again in the future I will recommend strongly to all people.

I ordered an "in stock" cell phone which was never shipped, despite assurances from the customer service dept. that the back-ordered phone had been processed three weeks following order. So I cancelled and ordered another phone - in-stock with two day expedited delivery. According to the Cellification web site, the phone was "shipped" one week ago - there is no tracking number, customer service "voice mail" states that I will be contacted when a service rep is available, continued email messages are ignored. This company is a "rip-off" - buy your cell phone from a company with some level of customer service.

Cellification is a total SCAM!!! I ordered an iPhone from them over 10 days ago. They charged my card the same day. Nobody picks up the phone, returns phone calls since then! On the fifth day they said they it was shipped from CA with no tracking number (which is another lie), although they originally told me it would come from NY. The phone arrived 10 days later (from Brooklyn, NY) and is missing accessories and the charger. The retail box is dirty and ripped. The phone looks refurbished. CELLIFICATION IS THE WORST WEBSITE I EVER SEEN. DON'T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE THE AGGRAVATION!
