I would never recommend this company to purchase any phones. They cancelled my order within 2 days of placing it. I called customer service emailed them I have not gotten any response from them. They have made me miss business calls and important calls. They lie their website still says you can order the phone I got which is a lie. I even got an email about it. NO IT IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE. the only reason I went to this company was because is it was in Google webpage as available. Do not purchase anything on this webpage I wish I could of read reviews sooner

I ordered a Motorola edge 30 plus it said it was available and if u go to the webpage it still says you can order it. I placed my order and couple days the order was cancelled. I tried calling and emailing customer service no one called me or messaged back. I really needed a phone and I could of already received it but no. Would not recommend this company to buy a phone

They can stop lying and taking people money without hiving them there order. I order a phone paid 48 dollars extra for to days delivered. It six days and did not receive my phone or my money back. Send my refund immediately. I don't want your products since you cant delivered it ontime

At this start of this year, I had ordered the motorola g7 plus from this company. It was among the first five options I saw (and cheap), so of course, I gravitated towards it. However, shipping would be a pain. I waited. Finally, I got the fricken thing, only when I first open it, I see "T-mobile" written on the back and it was beige colored. I ordered mine black, and I didn't remember ordering anything t-mobile about it. It was a t-mobile revvl. According to google, it was ABOUT as good as the phone I ordered, but it was not what I ordered. I called to have it sent back, and while they accepted my proposal, they did not give me a shipping label to cover costs. I had to ship it... out of pocket. I reluctantly did, realizing that it could very well be a scam. It took WEEKS to get a response, and I came to the conclusion that yeah... I was scammed. I called and called asking what was going on. Only good thing about it was they generally picked up my calls, so that was a little relieving. I finally got noticed that it was going to be reshipped, but it took about three weeks from when I sent it to get back. They FINALLY ship it again (taking their sweet time) and it takes a little less time getting here (a week and a half). I finally get the phone, and lo and behold, it was what I ordered. Finally. I turn it on, and try to get it working... but it's fighting my sim card. I look up how to activate it, and eventually call the providers for it. They provider for that phone told me this phone was locked (I ALWAYS ORDER UNLOCKED), and not only as it locked... it was locked to Puerto Rico. So I'd either have to deal with international providers or whatever, or move to Puerto Rico to use the phone. I had notice that a lot of things were in spanish, but I just figured that it was a setting I could alter later. I just wanted to make sure it worked first. I sent it back, and it could some weeks even after that. I paid $160 for this phone, and at least $20 in shipping return fees, only to get $90 back, and when I called to ask about that, they told me they took it out of the shipping costs to send me the phone. It was THEIR fault. Their mistakes and missent product, and they charged ME for it. Do not buy from these people

TLDR, I was two phones that I didn't order and was charged $50 in return shipping fees. Screw these guys

Great customer service. I had a couple issues with the shipment of the phone which they gave me a phone call and sorted out. They were responsive to my concerns and fixed my issues.

All and all, couldn't be more happier! Paid for something that is advertised, shipping and handling was fair, their website is easy to navigate, and I'm extremely happy. No complaints!

Guess these guys are fresh into the biz and they definitely know their job well! Got my new phone from them just a week ago. Phone came before the eta, and arrived as advertised. The communication through email was solid and got updates frequently about my delivery through email. Overall I'm happy and would gladly buy again!

Grade A company! From beginning to end the checkout was fast and easy, their email support is great, they were in touch with me right away after i placed my order and made sure i was buying the correct phone for the right carrier. They shipped my phone within a day and arrived sooner than expected. Overall great store to purchase from, they have been above and beyond since the beginning and im glad that now i have a functioning phone to even write down this review.

Just got my phone from them. Came brand new as advertised and they had a great price on it too. Communication with tracking and order status was immediate with their email system. Definitely grade A customer service from start to finish.

Extremely pleasing! It was just a quick buy and ship and wait process but gladly i got what i wanted and in its brand new condition in the box (galaxy s21 ultra). After reading the many positive reviews on this web site, I ordered from Cellification a Kyocera DuraVX Extreme cell phone model E4810 that includes a built-in camera. What I received instead was model E4810NC without a camera.

I sent an email request to their customer service department for a pre-paid shipping label and expedited product replacement. The company replied they would provide only a refund upon return of the phone.

After I mailed back the phone, the company responded to my emailed complaint about their poor service with an offer of a pre-paid shipping label.

When I advised them the package had already shipped and requested reimbursement of the shipping charges they agreed to do so.

I don't think that would have happened without the Trust pilot ratings, so I have upwardly revised my rating of both companies.

Had a close friend of the family lose her phone after years of having her antique galaxy s5, due to its old technology and died one day. After trying to convince her for so long to move into iphone and go to the apple store she insisted to stick with an android and to find her something good at a very affordable price. After researching cellification and its partners and reviews, we have decided that we would get her the galaxy A72, a good phone for a good price that will supply her needs.
