Cerami Reviews

Passionate, excellent customer service and beautiful pieces. What more could you want!

Cerami has great service and lovely ceramics. Highly recommendable!

I emailed with a query about my order and the founder, Sergio, got straight back to me with an answer, then kindly sent a follow up email to check it had arrived safely. I hugely appreciated this personal level of care. The mug I ordered was carefully packaged and arrived fully in tact. The colour was lighter than I'd expected from the photographs, but it's still beautiful and eye-catching.

The plate was a gift and you know it’s a good gift when you are really struggling to give it away. Best delivery service I’ve received. Thank you again

Brilliant and attentive service with gorgeous products. Definitely, recommend.

I bought 4 different pairs of mugs and all of them are stunning and just what I have been looking for. Even better in reality than the pictures. The customer service has been so wonderful. I dont normally leave reviews for things but this company, service and product has been exceptional so had to share! I highly recommend and will definitely be buying from here again.

absolutely first class service. Sergio spent time explaining the products and even suggested complimentary bowls. Delivery was very fast and our pasta bowls are both beautiful and unique. The bonus is that you get all of this and they are dishwasher and microwave safe. Love them!

I ordered a set of mugs for my sister's birthday, the customer service I received was first class and they have been in contact post purchase to ensure all went well.

Will not hesitate in ordering again!

Really lovely and personal service. Absolutely love my new dinner set.

I bought two marvellous serving bowls. Outstanding quality. The subtly of colour graduating from saturated to a whisper. Delightful.

I thoroughly recommend both the products & the company. Great customer response including personal delivery by Sergio.

I will be buying more.

Fabulous, personal service. Sergio obviously takes great pride in his products.
Plates themselves are absolutely beautiful. Cant wait to see the new range! Will definitely be back to buy more!

What lovely mugs. I’ve seen similar for much higher prices. The service was great with update emails letting me know when my new mugs had been sent. I’ve had a lot of compliments and will be ordering more items soon I’m sure. Thank you.

I love my plates and pasta bowls so much I’ve had to come back for more 😀. Friendly and efficient service and beautiful design that I’ve not been able to find on the high street

Absolutely beautiful dinnerware!! Gorgeous design, very unique and very high quality. And the service from Sergio is one I have never experienced before. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for unique pieces delivered with a smile:-) Thanks Sergio!

What a great experience with Cerami this week. I came across them on Instagram and fell in love with their collection of plates and bowls.
I ordered my plates last minute, two days before Easter, but didn’t have to worry - Sergio made sure the plates arrived on time- carefully packed and delivered with a smile.
The quality and design of these pieces are flawless, they look absolutely beautiful!
Thanks for a fantastic customer service Mr Sergio, I’ll definitely be back!!

Delighted with my lovely plates from Cerami. Sergio was great to deal with right from the start with his web chat, right through to the delivery. Will be back!

Recently purchased some mugs and a large bowel from Cerami having come across them on Instagram and I’m so glad I did. Their products are beautiful I’m so pleased with them. The service was exceptional, the items arrived quickly and were really well packaged. Will definitely look for other items in the future

Came across Cerami on Instagram and couldn't have been happier to find them! I'd been looking for a dinnerware set for a long time, but hadn't managed to find the perfect set with enough character combined with uniqueness, whilst still being practical.. until Cerami! Also, the help from Sergio was invaluable and the service was speedy and the exact time it said it would be. Will definitely be back soon enough!

Where to start!.. well I found this company via Instagram and noticed how beautiful all the items were, I have been looking for some pieces more individual than what you can find in the shop for ages and gosh are these definitely individual/beautiful pieces, not only that they are such good quality. Ill certainly being buying myself some more bits shortly, I've already had compliments from friends and family when serving dinner with my pasta bowls! The service is also tremendous and certainly very personal as well I couldn't recommend them highly enough both for individuality, quality and service. Thankyou so much again :)

Our beautiful ceramic pasta bowls arrived today. Ordered earlier this week after several months of searching for something like them. They arrived speedily and we absolutely love them. The service throughout was amazing. Helpful web chat, emails, quick delivery - all from the very kind Sergio who clearly takes a lot of pride in his business. With service like this Cerami is unlikely to be a small business for long!
