Anche per me brutta notizia. Mi era arrivata una comunicazione che mi avvisava che la licenza stava per scadere. Ovviamente ho pensato che fosse un messaggio automatico visto che anni addietro avevo acquistato la licenza a vita. Invece mi chiedono, non più un tot a vita ma un abbonamento mensile o annuale su 5 dispositivi. Io ho solo un telefono. Perché devo pagare per il 5? Inoltre ho notato che è sparita l'app dal play store e di conseguenza non mi fido nemmeno più a scaricare un Apk. Molto molto delusa. Sto cercando app simili così la disinstallo definitivamente! A differenza di recensore, a me continua dirmi di pagare anziché la password è sbagliata.
Si dovrebbero vergognare. Per questa presa per i fondelli, preferisco pagare un altro sviluppatore piuttosto che loro!!!!!!!!!

In the past week or so they started expiring all of the paid lifetime licenses, often only emailing people the day of the sudden expiration.

After multiple emails over the years saying they would honor those early adopters even as they moved to a subscription based model, this is completely shady of them.

Do not trust this company with your phone's security.

SCAMMERS, you buy a license for a lifetime, they cancel it afer 8 years......
Don't give them your money, they are not to be trusted

fui entrar hoje em minha conta e fui informado que minha licença foi EXPIRADA. só uma Observação: Quando comprei o aplicativo á 5 anos atrás em 2014, compre com MINHA LICENÇA VITALÍCIA (SEM PRAZO DE VALIDADE) e com direito a três dispositivos. FAVOR REATIVAR MINHA LICENÇA pois se NÃO resolverem entro ainda hoje com um PROCESSO CONTRA A EMPRESA e o aplicativo, Pois vocês estão tirando de mim um direito que é meu. COMPREI O APLICATIVO com a LICENÇA VITALÍCIA e não com prazo determinado de validade. Espero contato urgente da equipe CERBERUS.

SUGIRO A TODOS QUE COMPRARAM O APLICATIVO COM LICENÇA VITALÍCIA, QUE NOS REUNIMOS E ENTREMOS COM UM PROCESSO EM MASSA CONTRA O APLICATIVO E A EMPRESA. JÁ ESTOU TAMBÉM INFORMANDO AO GOOGLE O QUE OCORREU. Cerberus estão agindo de má fé com seus clientes.

When you sell lifetime licences and then even confirming via mail the change to subscription based payment model will not affect you because you have a lifetime license, but in the end still revoke my license... You have a shady company and mindset. Especially for a company that deal with so many sensitive information of their clients. They really think I still thrust them after this joke and pay a yearly contribution? I am deleting this app and hope I save some other people this trouble by looking for another app that does the job, but then honestly

Had a "Lifetime Licence" but now told it's expired. Terrible company to deal with, stay well clear of these cowboys.

Pay for a lifetime licence only for it to be cancelled after 2 years and have to pay again on a yearly basis.

Absolute con and would NOT recommend.

Paid for the full license, but they then cancelled it, asking for more money. Scammers, do not trust them with any software.

I bought a lifetime license that expired now, and I think I am still alive, so I don't know why they are canceling lifetime license. Don't trust this company they are pirates.

Dont buy! Burglars. They have canceled the life time license. When we have tried to ask for explanations in their forum they have deleted the posts.

Bought lifetime license several years ago. Now they changed their mind and want to charge me yearly, ignoring our previous contract.

They are not reacting to support emails and they delete posts from their support forum not owning up to their illegal actions.

I will never trust this company with my phone's data again.

If we who bought paid lifetime licenses can prove breach of contract we have a class action against lsdroid... Any Italian attourneys out there?

seems Google find device has similar features. sharing yet more personal data with the likes of Google seems a lessor evil to sharing with brazen liers.

Dishonest and disrespectful company. How could you provide your data and the control of your phone to a company that lies and ignores its customers?! The company sold 'lifetime' licenses that expires and now they simply ignore and censure clients complaining about this mad expiration.

It's an unreliable application. I wouldn't leave the safety of my device in the hands of people who lie and steal from their customers.

Lifetime membership seems to mean something else to these people. They're expecting me to pay more?
