'lifetime license' lulled me into a false sense of security - just lost my phone and I can't use it or even pay for the damn extra license on top of the lifetime one, as the account has been deleted and I need to access the app to bring it back. What a joke, hope they go under.

Crooks. Sold "lifetime licenses" and without warning cancelled them. Search the Internet and you will find hundreds of angry users who got ripped off.

Comprei minha liceça em 2013, naquela época, a licença era vitalícia. Anos depois, mudaram a licença para forma de assinatura anual, porém prometeram honrar seu antigos clientes, mantendo vitalícia a licença de quem comprou antes. Mas há duas semana, removeram minha licença, e ainda excluiram minha conta. Criei uma nova conta com o mesmo email e usuário. Mas a licença foi excluída. Nem respondem meus email. Corram dessa empresa! Não comprem nem assinem licença do CerberusApp. Os desenvolvedores não são confiáveis. Pretendo ficar longe deste desenvolvedor. Não é confiável, não honram seus clientes, só querem dinheiro, não respondem email e excluem sua conta. Fujam desta empresa!!!

I've bought the Cerberus a few years ago. But now my "lifetime" license has been expired without any reason.

Cerberus just notified that my lifetime license has expired. This is ridiculous. I paid 2.99 EUR in 2013 and now i get an email that it is expiring.

L'applicazione devo riconoscere che è eccezionale. Quello che invece è disgustoso è il fatto che nonostante agli inizi gli detti fiducia subito ed acquistai la licenza a vita ora essa non è più valida. Non pagandola subito dopo il loro messaggio ricevuto alcuni giorni prima di Natale, nel giro di una settimana, mi si è pure cancellato il nome utente. E' vero, dopo aver scaricato di nuovo l'applicazione posso ricrearlo con lo stesso user e password ma non vi è più la cronologia del passato e non si vedono più gli altri cellulari. Probabilmente acquisterò lo stesso una o al massimo 3 licenze, sino a che non trovo di meglio o di analogo, perché come ho lasciato i 4 ladroni TIM VODAFONE TRE WIND lascerò appena potrò pure loro. In ogni caso non solo non consiglierò più a nessuno dei tanti amici e clienti come invece ho fatto sino ad oggi tale applicazione, ma non ne parlerò proprio più. Ovviamente non condividerò neppure questa mia recensione anche se negativa perché potrei fargli pubblicità. Meglio ignorare un avversario anziché parlarne. Non sono certo 5 euro all'anno che mi cambiano la situazione e credo che non la cambino neppure a questi disonesti. In fondo bastava solo non fornire aggiornamenti futuri per le ultimissime versioni Android e fare una promozione per i vecchi clienti. Spero solo che ci ripensino perché non rispettare un contratto sapendo che nessuno farà causa è solo da vigliacchi o da caporali come diceva Totò.

What a joke had this app when it first came out, paid for a lifetime license to support the development of the app then get an email with 0 days warning saying my license was basically revoked and you now have to pay a month subscription.

Well screw you Cerberus.

Liar liar pants on fire! We are going to call your bluff. You have lost all respect. I bought into the lifetime membership! No you cancel me? I'm not dead? I want a refund! You guy's are pathetic cheap skates! Go F yourself!

If you cant trust this company to abide by their own terms of service and cancel a lifetime subscription, then please dont trust them with your most valuable data and grant them access to your phone.

Revoking licenses for paid products without a warning!

Cancelled lifetime my license. Won't respond to emails. Second bait and switch the company pulled.

I paid for a lifetime license. Got a confirmation from Cerberus that I had a lifetime license. Now they just cancelled my lifetime license and want me to pay again !! They do not respect the contract and do not keep their word: for me this is fraud. I will never do business again with them and am happy to see that there are many alternatives in the Google Play store (so good to see that Cerberus no longer is allowed in the Google Play store ! ).
This is true Italian maffia practices.
