Two sensitive issues resolved quickly. Others, including A court judgment with no known address took longer but traced and recovered. The collections department gave me weekly updates to its progress.

Recommended to use this company.
Collected all debt, will use again

These must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have been chasing an outstanding account for over two years. I get no feedback unless I chase them and more recently I can not get a response either by telephone or email. I have asked for a face to face meeting or telephone conversation to answer any outstanding queries but have had no response. When they were chasing me to sign up they rang me everyday, since signing up with them they avoid you like the plaque. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
