Awful service, do not waste your money. Initially Gavin gave a fantastic sales pitch and was consistent with communication, confident he would deliver on his words and get the debt in with ease, I foolishly handed over £449 as an upfront setup cost. Since then I have not heard from him, furthermore correspondence with the company as a whole has been pitiful, I only hear from them after chasing them up for an update (far from how Gavin promised the process would be) I am still waiting to get a reply back from an email I sent 3 weeks ago today. In a nutshell I passed over 3 different debtors owing a collective debt of over £10,000, one of which already had a CCJ we got issued. In just over 3 months Chameleon have not even managed to get in 1p of the debt, that is 3 different pay dates for these debtors gone and one is a homeowner. Waste of money do not give them any upfront fees! I have since passed the debt to a company that use high court enforcement and it is looking much more promising that I will retrieve money owed.

I have to say after initially being rather sceptical about using a debt recovery company after a poor experience in the past, Chameleon have gone above and beyond my expectations. Not only have they recovered numerous overdue accounts and slow payers (that I had almost written off) they also tracked and traced 2 parents who owed money. Not only did they find them ( One family in Europe) but set up a substantial payment plan which I am more than happy with. I highly recommend Chameleon if you are looking for a cost effective way of recovering unpaid fees or invoices.

Had a client who failed to pay after instructing me that payment would be by bank transfer. On a matter of of principle I instructed chameleon to pursue and collect on my behalf successfully. I was more than happy with their service and now use them as part of my credit control.

After spending £6k on Solicitors in an attempt to get my £70k back, with no joy. I wasn't inclined to throw anymore good money after bad, but £300 didnt seem too bad for one last attempt. Truth be told I didnt expect them to get anywhere, so was shocked and overjoyed that they successfully recovered my whole debt!!. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Chameleon!

Very slow progress I had my meeting on March 14 when I was told my recovery was going to be easy and simple I rang the office three weeks later to find out what if anything had happened only then to be told that they should have sent a second letter it’s now 28 TH April and still not heard anything my opinion is go to a solicitor and sick with the professionals £240 down the pan complete waste of money time and effort

Dealt with a very hard business dispute in a professional manner, a fantastic service, very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Traced a debtor who couldn't be located

I have never used a debt collection service before and they have got a response from my debtors that I could not get. I can get on with my job now.

We have been in business for over 30yrs and have never used a debt collection agency before, so really didn't understand how this works.
We spoke to Gav who went through the process with us so we fully understood what would happen, costs etc.
It was a difficult situation as we had been dealing with our client on both business and personal lever for a few months so wanted it sorted and finalised with minimum fuss.
