The worst place to buy shoes. I had ordered my Nike Air Max 97 from Champs Sports since March and spent over $200 AUD just to get it delivered to Sydney, Australia since the company is from America. I've sent them an email inquiring about my order and they responded at first that it was still in the process. Until now, August is here and they haven't replied to my other email demanding for a refund, $200 AUD wasted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER.

Champs has really disappointed me over the last two weeks . This has been the worst customer service I have received in a very long time. And then some guy gets on the phone name JoAnn saying he could not hear me after I was on hold for an hour. I really had no Idea that Champs ran their business this way. I did A refund because they sent me used shoes $150.00 for used shoes.

I always have a great experience when I go to champs everybody is always ready to work and to help out the customers every time I go in there I choose my item and out the door with no problems thank you champs#1814912

Absolutely the worst customer service in the history of customer service, actually the customer service is non existent. AVOID THIS COMPANY DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Currently disputing with my bank.

I could rate a zero star never order anything over 50 dollars because they never ship

I bought Fila Rays in pink a little over a month ago and within two weeks they said they were supposed to arrive. They never did even though I got an email with the exact date they were arriving. Emailed customer service and no response. Don't waste your money on online orders with Champs

Ordered a pair of limited Jordans, shoe shipped out and USPS said I had insufficient address even though everything showed up correct in tracking information. USPS decided to return the shoe and Champs refused to ship it back out. Tried to contact customer service through email and phone, even went to the store to talk to them and they were incapable of solving the issue

I ordered from champs and the shoes came in four days which is fast considering there is a pandemic but the package was SO DAMAGED and ripped up. Even the shoe box inside was ruined . The shoes werent damaged so I guess it’s ok. Never gonna order from here again. I only ordered because there was a sale

The manager in the store was rude (Easton Town Center - Columbus, Ohio). Ordered shoes online because they did not have my size. Said 3-5 business days. Never received the shoes, no tracking activity, just a useless tracking number. Spent $110 for shoes that never arrived. UPS tracking finally said shoes delivered after waiting two weeks but no shoes were delivered. No idea where my shoes are. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THIS IS A SCAM. POORLY RUN BUSINESS.

NEVER EVER EVER order anything from champs on line. I ordered a pair of shoes on June 2 with a 2-5 delivery date. Well it's been passed the 2-5 days. I never received a confirmation number of or a tracking number, just a Thanks for purchasing. I called the store and they were able to tell me that the order was fulfilled buts that's it. They don't respond to your email, and if you can get thru on the phone you are on hold for ever or they hang up on you. Champs online needs to shut down.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter on June 21, 2020. I still have no shoes today July 13,2020. But they took my money for the shoes. I received a tracking number 3 weeks ago. I'm waiting for a response from Champs customer service. I havebeen sending emails everyday, still no response. The customer service number hangs up on you. I will never purchase anything from Champs again. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DONT ORDER ANY THING FROM CHAMPS ONLINE. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

I order to pair of women’s shoes. I received a tracking number, but still no updates from UPS. Awaiting for package to be picked up. I been sending emails everyday, still no responses. How do I get my money back?? Can I sue? How long should I wait? I wish I would have read, all these comments before I ordered.

I order a shirt for my husband for Father’s Day it was on June 16 they said the item got there when I got home I didn’t see anything I’ve been emailing champs and I haven’t got a answer

They took my money on two orders that I purchased then emailed me saying that my orders were cancelled but never refunded my money. They don’t have no phone number and takes forever to email you back and when they do you still have to wait. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM !

Fraud where is customer service. No one calls back they took my money and never shipped anything

Didn't like them putting my money back on my card and after 3 or 4 days, when I THEN found them at Footlocker, whom they are associated with and I didn't know THAT. So if you're affiliated with each other, how is it you didn't see I ALREADY purchased thru Footlocker, which THEN caused me an NSF fee because they used my card AGAIN W/O ME KNOWING!! This should NOT be allowed!! Once my money is BACK on my card, IT'S MINE and you don't have a right taking it after YOUR DELAYED PROCESS!! Didn't want to give you 1 star!!😡

Do not shop on champs sports online I had a very bad experience I end up canceling my order and I am still waiting for my refund which I canceled on June 13, 2020 and I still haven’t got no response back from them or no refund

Ordered shoes on June 9, was said to arrive on June 16. It is June 24th and my shoes still aren't here. I sent champs an email with no response. Their customer service number says they aren't doing customer inquires over the phone and says to email them, so I am going to have to dispute the charges with the bank. Will never order from Champs again.

Have placed about seven orders with this company in the last few months. Three orders came within a week and a half. One of these orders was the incorrect item. Tried calling, phone kept hanging up, and then they stop accepting calls. Sent multiple emails, and no response. After two months, just returned to the store without even wanting the correct item. Because the other items did come, I gave them another chance. They have deducted the funds right away, and marks it as pre shipment and order is on its way. I have been charged for one order, that I have been waiting on for a little less than a month now. The other orders I placed are more recent so I was giving it a little time, but it looks like it will be the same issue. They made sure they took that money out the day after though. Pandemic or not, any other company that I have ordered from have never been this foul, and unprofessional. Reporting to the BBB, and disputing with my bank. Have called multiple Champ stores, sent emails, and called the 800 number. NOTHING!
