Finding a rental property has been really easy with Chancellors. Charlie Bishop has been really friendly and helpful throughout the process, communication has been great for arranging viewings and applying for the property.

The Chancellors team in Botley branch are excellent, Daisy in the Property Management team in particular. Easy, quick and clear to deal with - this has changed my opinion of the brand entirely having had previous negative experiences approx 5-7 years ago with Cowley branch.

Ethan Hylton was our assigned sales negotiator. He showed us two properties in Botley. He was polite, very cheerful, prompt with communication. Though we didn't proceed with the properties, we want to thank Ethan for his time.

Ethan was kind, on time and considerate. Did not do all the "this house has a secret offer we can't tell you about so offer at the marked value thing" that so many other estate agents did trying to pressure us to bid higher or faster. He was honest, open, accommodating and good at his job. Took us to see 4 properties all over Botley/Cumnor/Binsey. Very understanding and honest agent.

Ethan was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. He answered all the questions we had and anything he didn't know he got back to us right away after the viewing. I would highly recommend Ethan to anyone who is new to their property search in the Botley area.
