Chancellors in Chesham handled our recent house sale. All the staff were friendly and responsive, which made the process easier. Callum, in particular, was very supportive and helpful. I can recommend his people skills if there are difficult people in your chain, as he was able to support our process by communicating effectively to find a way forward when issues presented themselves. Nicholas was tireless during the sales process and guided us when necessary. I liked the team's collaborative approach and their consistent communication with us after viewings. This team will do their best for clients in a challenging market with increasingly demanding conditions. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Shana from the Thameside Property Management team covering Chesham is an excellent Property Manager. She's always friendly and helpful and has worked really hard to sort out complex situations.

Staff very helpful in keeping me informed through what turned out to be a rather drawn-out buying process - though this was not Chancellors’ fault. Chancellors must be the most proactive estate agent in Chesham. A breath of fresh air compared to a lot of estate agents that are quite happy to sit back and take their commission but not do anything for it.

From the initial sales process and getting viewings through the door, following up and getting feedback. Through to negotiations and when a sale has been agreed, they are very much a hands on estate agent, all the way through to exchange and completion keeping buyer and seller in the loop, nudging when little things need to be done and keeping everything ticking along. Very happy with the service and will 100% use them again in the future. Thank you Nick!
