Reactive, informative and they listen to what you want from your house sale. Communications are very good, providing detailed feedback on views and social media. The pictures of our house were excellent along with a detailed floor plan.

First time buyers
We are in the process of purchasing a property and have been greatly assisted by Aysha Groves in finding the property and starting the buying process. Aysha was great in our viewings of the house and any questions she didn't know the answer to then she found out the answers very quickly. She has been very friendly and personable which has made our first time buying experience lovely.

Great Estate Agent so far!
I contacted Chancellors to view a property and from start to finish, my dealings with them have been great. They have been polite and friendly and don't ask too many intrusive questions unlike other agents.
I was shown round the property by Julietta and she was warm, friendly and answered the majority of the questions.
I have no negative or constructive feedback to offer in terms of the service I received from Julietta, it's just a shame the property wasn't suitable.

Great approach Great service!
From start to finish Simon and the team made the process simple and easy for us. A non Intrusive approach allowing us to fit in viewings around busy schedules. A great approach from all the team and a patient understanding of our circumstances allowed us time to find our next home. I would recommend Chancellors for your agency work.
