Impressed with this branch of Chancellors.
Manager Saam - always reachable, he was charming, patient, extremely helpful. Saam answered and returned calls quickly! Kept us up to date with viewings and what was going on at all times.
Bella also very helpful.

I was selling my flat in Hampstead and, luckily, I contacted Mr Ian Newton from Chancellors over phone. I was convinced to list my flat with them for sale. I also shopped around at a few other estate agents in the area, but was disappointed. Mr Ian and his team are highly professional and respectful, going above and beyond to assist you and doing their best. They also managed my flat for rent. I was happy from beginning to end. If you're selling or buying property, you can trust Mr Ian and his team at Chancellors—such smart and dedicated professionals. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. My experience dealing with Chancellors in Hampstead was excellent. Reece Satnarine in particular went above and beyond to find good tenants for my flat and he kept in touch regularly, he was very helpful and good natured. He gave me useful advice in getting my flat ready for prospective tenants to view and succeeded in finding me tenants so quickly, I had less than a week between tenancies.

I had a complex personal situation requiring a nuanced approach to letting a property. Louis worked with me throughout and provided excellent service.

Individualised service, nothing was ever too much trouble and nothing too minor to be explained. The service felt very secure and knowledgeable.

Louis is fantastic; a great communicator and a brilliant estate agent.

Very responsive and flexible. I had the help of Louis to secure our new property and he has been very helpful. No complaints so far.

The Chancellors Hampstead team lead by Ian went above and beyond to make my sale transaction happen. They successfully navigated a complicated situation (caused by a third party) with professionalism and excellent regular communication. Ian Newton (Hampstead office) was very proactive in dealing with various queries, various documents required and communication between solicitors, mortgage lenders/brokers, EAs in the chain, buyers and sellers. He went beyond his responsibilities and is very efficient and fast in dealing with issues and delays (which were outside his control).

Great experience working with Chancellors, specifically Ian! He really helped the process through, not just at the offer stage but all the way through completion. He went above and beyond to support me (the buyer) and the vendor. If I ever buy again or have any friends buying would 100% recommend working with Ian!
