We got put in one room and there was hairs all over the bed sofa was dirty. Then we got moved to another which was worse hairs in the bed stuff all over the floor microwave smell like rotten food the cooker was dirty food on the sofa and chair

The complex itself was modern and fresh. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The chairs though for the kitchen were not safe with screws all lose and 1 chair broken of which I fixed myself. Had to tighten all other chairs as it was the same. The kitchen had modern white goods and oven etc.

The mod hub itself was great and the gym thought I didn't use looked great.
Only issue was the train line behind the apartment, noisy after 10pm and just after 6am. Entry system to access the apartment needs to improve prior to check in, waiting around 15mins which children is not cool.

I would look to use in the future as its a good location in Brighton.

Lovely accommodation, clean and central.
Lengthy check in.
Hard to find with all the building works.
Table on balcony needs replacing as was not stable. Put anything on and it would fly off.
TV could not get any Chanel’s as aerial not connected??

Everything was top quality and a pleasure to stay in. The whole complex was clean, modern and peaceful.

Apartment was clean and in good working order. The capsule coffee machine was especially appreciated. It was nice to have parking included, although I didn’t make use of it.

The amenities like shower gel were empty. There was no big bath towel only hand ones. The curtain in the bedroom was broken aswell. The shower quickly runs out of hot water.

We have stayed before, last apartment was on the 27th floor, this apartment felt it was in need of a little maintenance, one of the doors for a cupboard in the kitchen wasn’t attached properly nor was the bin to the bin runner, and both bathrooms were very dark as they both had a significant amount of bulbs not working. We would stay again but preferably not this specific apartment, we much preferred the one on the 27th floor!

Room was far too hot, no fan provided even though customers services said there would be.

Insanely difficult to find the apartment block, no information on exterior of building and no way to gain access without a fob (which you have to collect inside).

the apartment was lovely but... on day one there was no remote for the tv and we were told no way could we get one so normally wouldn't be fussed but the boxing was on and we wanted to watch it and therefore couldn't the lady on the phone was unhelpful and said basically you got to go without!

First i didnt recieve any email for pre-check in and find out when i got there which was late evening. Took ages because i had to phone multiple times. Then also they asked for physcial ID to scan which i didnt have as i didnt know that was required as i didnt have an email beforehand.

On top of this, during my stay there was a couple at the end of the corridor on ground floor which were having intimate relations at 1-3am in the morning and because the entire apartment has thin walls i can hear the screaming and everything for all them hours.

Location & apartment were great. Trying to gain access not so good, 20 minutes for a WhatsApp response, 5 min call before someone answered.

Nice enough apartment! Location was good for the town centre.
The main bathroom shower leaked over the screen and got everywhere which was annoying and the beds weren’t comfy and the pillows were really thin. Minor upgrades would’ve made it great

The location was top notch 👍 very clean and tidy. Convenient to everywhere

A little irritation on the arrival through non monitoring of the business what’s app - since everything done remotely it was perseverance to get through
Post this excellent apartment and well kitted
I would highly recommend the only negative feedback would be the two pillows (only ones provided)were far too thick and uncomfortable bar which negated a good sleep

So many things were broken and needed fixing.

Sent complaints and reminders and nobody turned up in 5 days.

Everything was calm & excellent , I only suggest to renew the carpets in front the main door entrance

It was a great, perfect place to stay. Everything was very clean, from the reception area all the way to the individual apartments. The location is ideal, and it’s definitely great value for money.

I’ve already recommended the apartments to a few of my friends who will be visiting in the next few weeks.

There was a small issue when I arrived, as I didn’t receive the code for the key and had to wait in the lobby for about two hours until it was sorted. However, the lobby was so comfortable that I didn’t mind too much.

In fact, I’ll be back in Manchester in the next few days, and I’m planning to stay there again.

Apartment wasn’t the cleanest with thick dust on the skirting boards, stains on the sofa, handprints all over the windows and mirrors and the table looked like it hadnt been wiped. The shower in one of the en-suites was broken. The temperature gauge didnt work and I almost scolded myself on the extremely hot water that was coming from it. There were only two forks for an apartment of four which meant we had to eat a cooked breakfast with a spoon.
Other than that the location was good.
