Very poor customer service and…
Very poor customer service and uneducated staff. Even though the credit agencies and utility companies agreed to remove the bad credit report, after I submitted the evidence, they did not escalate the case on my behalf. I paid Checkmyfile, but they failed in their duty, even though I repeatedly informed them. This shows a lack of knowledge and negligence. I paid for almost three months, but my situation only became worse—nothing improved. Even though they have the ability to help resolve the problem, their intention seems to be to continue the subscription payments rather than solve the issue.

Would not hesitate to use again should the need arise.

Clear and factual
First of all, very easy website to use very clear instructions and very informative. User friendly without being intimidating but equally very factual. Definitely would recommend. If somebody also wanted to cancel subscription there are very clear and easy instructions to do so … not hidden!

My personal experience has been sound…
My personal experience has been sound did everything i asked for in this type of credit report company. Only negative thing I can recall is the charge of £14.99. No need if you only want to see what’s on file and even a mortgage company to see what’s on it. I would recommend a fee of £5 just for the month then cancel . Go back in again if need in few months or years.pay the £5 again. Forgot to cancel so need to pay another £14.99 for nothen as got what I needed in the first few weeks,
