Not Accurate

They are not synchronised with some credit card companies, and a lot of info is missing

I’m disappointed that I can’t view the…

I’m disappointed that I can’t view the account numbers to be able to sort out my finances. Also now won’t let me log in to cancel the subscription.

Spam car claim letter

I got a letter with my address but the name was someone who has NEVER lived here! It was a spam letter asking them if they needed to claim for car finance!

Complaints team member knows his onions.

Well, after getting past the call centre to have them request a callback from the complaints team it was a pleasure to receive that call from someone that knew and understood the problem I was faced with. DM was extremely clear about why my problem wasn't caused by Equifax but took time to listen and then raised a further complaint so that the call centre would receive feedback to improve their call handling. The complaints team member gave me other avenues I could try but to be fair I had already been down those roads including the TPS. Nevertheless DM was as helpful and knowledgable as he could be. Thank you.

Not cool I can’t see much of my report…

Not cool I can’t see much of my report even though I have a free trial and my score is completely different to other credit scores. I’m truly not amused

Worthless

Worthless, cant write a decent dispute on their website. Phone calls are handled by ignorant AI who understands NONE of her own prompts!! Never transfers you to an agent/human and website has no section to write or complain to customer service. Worse Credit reporting agency. All about the Creditors never about the Consumer, unless you want to pay for their EXTRA programs. Free membership offers nothing.

Nightmare trying to get ID verification.

Tried to get ID verification - nightmare!. I submitted a few documents as required - Passport, Driving Licence, Bills. They rejected the documents on the basis that my date of birth on those documents according to them is incorrect!! But it is the only one I’ve got! I tried three times …no way out of that one is there.
