Chemistdirect Reviews

Highly recommend this company. The prices are competitive and some UV times cheaper than the larger companies. I always look here if I can’t find a product elsewhere and have found what I wanted. Great delivery service also.

Absolutely useless!

Quick, easy process, had the items i wanted cheaper than other sites.

best pharmacy online, fast and efficiant

Very helpful staff at the pickup counter 33 Maddox St Alexandria.

I Receive everything that I order everytime. Prices are a little high but I still pay it. They should have free home delivery for orders over $50 instead & not charge a delivery fee & not have a set limit to spend to get free delivery.

This review is in relation to Direct Chemist outlet On Line. Their reviews on "product review" show 68% negative!. In accepting orders and payment and no delivery. This is the second time I have been caught with this outlet. Order goods, never arrive. Call constantly to be told being packed, accounts dept. in a meeting, call you back blah blah blah! Phone calls answered put on hold, then back to ringing. I have reported them as a scam.
This is a systemic instance of misconduct and deception

Had all products I wanted in stock. Rapid delivery and well packed. Very good pricing on all items. Will certainly shop here again.

I originally ordered an item from chemist direct using paypal, after over a week they said there was no stock and refunded my money. Today i attempted to order from Chemist Australia (apparently the same company as Chemist Direct) but they did not have Paypal so i tried to pay by cash transfer using information they provided. My bank did not recognise the names Chemist Australia, Chemist Direct, Pharmacy Direct or Chempro Online with the BSB and account number provided by them. They also gave me another name to try but i had run out of patients with them and canceled the order. What a waste of my time. Looks like a scam. if they are legit then offer PayPal payments which protect people from scams!

This was my first order with this company. Usually I use a the largest online chemist. With ChemistDirect the prices are roughly similar, and the service and delivery were *very* impressive.

Fast postage and great service.

Prices for there products seem to be on par with the bigger chemist company's sometimes they work out to be a little cheaper and just like the bigger company there is plenty of variety on offer in terms of products/brands for sale. Ive been dealing with chemist direct for over 15 years the connivance factor and saving time make it a worthwhile company to deal with.

Great prices with fast delivery
