We stayed in the family room and had a…

We stayed in the family room and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and ideal for travelling with children. I feel safe inside, no other people can enter the hotel without their smart lock PIN code. There is a sitting area that we can seat inside eat our food. Our kids were so happy and really enjoyed the stay. Comfortable beds, easy check-in, and a very family-friendly environment. Highly recommend!

Good first experience

Good first experience

I ordered from Cherish Lewis Online Shop for the first time and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but overall it was a positive experience.

The order process was straightforward. I noticed they reviewed the order before dispatch, which was reassuring. Delivery was within a reasonable timeframe and the item arrived as described.

I did have a small question after placing the order and their customer service responded fairly quickly, which I appreciated.

No major issues at all — would be happy to order again.

I placed an order for light this…

I placed an order for light this morning, which was listed as available online for dispatch. I declined to pay an extra fee to help the 'company out' within 45 minutes, and my order was cancelled with no explanation. I would not recommend Cherish Lewis and will never order from them again. I also cannot believe the cheek of them asking for a minimum donation of £2.30 to help them out. Save your time and go elsewhere, or end up disappointed. If I could give them zero, I would.

Terrible experience

I placed an order with Cherish Lewis LTD. Shortly after placing the order, I was informed that an additional £900 would be required for delivery, which was not made clear at the time of purchase. I therefore chose to cancel the order.
Following this, I requested that my personal data be deleted under my GDPR right of erasure. I did not feel that my request was handled appropriately, and during my interactions with customer service, I experienced communications that I perceived as threatening.
As a result, I have raised the matter with the relevant consumer protection authorities and ICO for further review.
I would encourage others to carefully review all payment terms and ensure they are comfortable with the process before placing an order.

We have found your order number which we cancelled straight away after the purchase made, and we now have deleted all the information you putted on our website under your customer account, which includes many insulting words, and the email you put in by yourself. My advice is please do not put no more words or information into our website or we have to report this harassment to the police due to the fact that you are not our customer, and you keep being rude to us and sending us messages and emails.

Best Place to buy cat food

I have 6 cats, and I have been buying Purrform cat food from this website for almost one year, I was able to select the delivery date I wanted and I bought a VIP card that saves me 20% for all my Purrform orders.

I saved around 30 pounds each order and it’s over 300 pounds I saved already during the past year.

They have allocated me a personal shopping assistant that I can contact anytime about my order. Sometimes if I forgot select delivery date they always text me and offer me availability dates to choose from.

I am so happy with my experience, I feel like my money is worth each penny.

I wish Cherish Lewis Merry Christmas, and a wonderful new year.

Great product and brilliant customer service

Really happy with my purchase from Cherish Lewis — the product is lovely quality and arrived quickly. There was a small issue with one part, but their customer service team were genuinely helpful and resolved it straight away, including a £10 refund for the inconvenience.

I bought an item, they then proceeded to email me and tell me the item was mistakenly listed at that price and they needed me to send more money before they would send the order. This is straight up illegal unless the “accident” was a large amount of money. What a scam!

Avoid this company - there's a reason the electrical items are cheap!

I wish I'd read the two existing reviews for this company before buying a Dualit kettle and toaster from them. The kettle is fine thankfully but the toaster was the wrong colour (white and I had ordered chrome to match with the kettle). After contacting Cherish Lewis to arrange a return of the incorrect item they asked for a photo to show that it was the wrong item that had been sent, after sending that photo straightaway I heard nothing back from them. I have then chased twice for an answer and all they say is they're waiting to hear back from the factory about a returns label. This has been going on for 7 weeks now, with no refund and a large box with an unwanted toaster sat in my house. There has been no apology from them whatsoever. I've since ordered the toaster from John Lewis - more expensive, yes, but I know the customer service will be exemplary if anything goes wrong with the item. I'm going to chase for a third time but if not luck I will need to raise with my bank to try and get this money back. Appalling and am concerned consumer rights are not being followed at all - please avoid!

Faulty kettle - liitle or no help in resolving matter

My daughter bought me a dualit kettle from CherishLewis as a christmas present. It has a fault (neon light working intermittently). Dualit washed their hands of the problem and referred me to our supplier CherishLewis. They did not respond to e-mail. I opened a chat conversation which took hours. They confessed the kettle was from Costco. They said they would have to contact the factory for a decision. I sent a photo of the neopn not working. I asked them how they would let me know the outcome of the decision with the factory and they do not respond on the chat platform. They do not recognise consumer rights. My advice would be - do not deal with this company.

Deceitful dropshippers ....

This company go to great lengths to restrict reviews to the "Judge.Me" platform, where it's recognised a retailer can easily get poor reviews removed...

So let's see them do the same here. I ordered two top of the range DeLonghi oil heated radiators. Together these cost £280 from their website.

A few days later, one arrived. It was evidently an item they drop-shipped as it came from Costco. Luckily the parcel consignment label said it was "one of one" supplied. The box showed signs of damage, so I did not even open the carton. When the retailer was asked about this they initially denied that I'd only been sent half of my order. It was only when I sent them photography of the label that they realised I could prove that I'd been diddled.

Accordingly I asked them to send replacements, but they refused - in spite of showing stock.

So I asked them to cancel the order and issue a 20kg prepaid returns label for the suspected heater that had arrived in a damaged box.

They refused, and told me I'd have to pay the return shipping, plus a restocking, and a cancellation, fee (I know, it looks like they are clueless about the laws on Consumer Rights...)

They also said that I'd have to pay an additional £40 per heater to reorder!

I have been forced to throw the entire issue over the my bank as a visa payment dispute, as the beginning to a money back claim.

Meanwhile Costco are horrified at the dropshippers behaviour and it looks like they are going to be taking steps to end their relationship (and they have kindly offered to supply me afresh at a discount in apology over the matter).

As a result, the refund was duplicated, meaning the value of the missing item was returned twice. This has created additional complications in resolving the case smoothly.

Regarding the return of the delivered unit:
We provided return instructions and were awaiting the item to be sent back so the order could be fully finalised. We never refused to assist with the issue and have followed the standard procedures required by our suppliers.
