Paul Caton Gas and Oil Services Reviews 

I contacted Paul to fit me a new combi boiler in a house we've recently moved into. He suggested we had a Worcester Bosch as he could give a 10 year guarantee as he was an accredited installer.
Paul and his team completed the job whilst we were at work. I can honestly say when we arrived home you couldn't tell they'd been.
After trying the heating and hot water for the 1st time it is clear that our new boiler is superior to our previous one, with the hot water being better than we've ever had before.
I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Paul to anyone and the Worcester Bosch boiler in my opinion is second to none.

Phoned Paul in response to my initial review as he requested in his response, reminded him we had spoken twice re the problem with the valve, as to his reply stating he did not recognise me as a customer I was somewhat suprised as in our initial phone conversation he remembered installing a new boiler and 11 new radiators.As to not receiving an E mail,this was sent to his E mail address on24 March at 10:34 and an undeliverable message was not received by myself from the E mail system. No apology for not responding or visiting.

Contacted Paul by phone on 12 March re problem with 3 port valve in airing cupboard passing, sent address and problem on 14 March, spoke again on Tuesday19 March as no response to e mail. Visit promised for Thursday 21 March, pm. No one came, still waiting for response.Initially contacted Paul as he had fitted a complete new central heating system (£4K) some 4 months previously. Very disaapointed by lack of response, can only assume he only wants "big jobs" and not small repairs

Paul Caton was recommended to us by a close friend, after an initial home visit Paul gave us a date to remove our existing central heating system and install a complete new system including a Worcester Combi boiler and 6 radiators. the work was undertaken on 13th November and completed in one day. The two man team did an excellent job removing all the old scrap metal as well as all the rubbish that was generated. an excellent installation by two very hard working lads who never had a break all day, ad left us very satisfied, and very warm. We would not hesitate to use this company again,

Our 17 year old Gloworm gave up the ghost at the weekend. Had several quotes but none could fit for a week or more. Rang Paul Wed, he came in the evening and new boiler fitted and running by 1130am Thurs.
