Ordered my first pair of bib shorts, got a bargain in the clearance outlet. Was dispatched by Chicken the same day. Unfortunately Royal Mail didn't hold up their end of the bargain and delivered the parcel to a house on a neighbouring street. Apart from this, when I did get the shorts they were excellent. Would definitely order from them again despite the RM issue.

I recently bought a Wilier Gran Turismo SLR from this company and I have to say I’m really pleased with both the bike and the whole buying experience.

As an online purchase, everything was really easy and straightforward. The website had all the information I needed, so I didn’t feel the need to contact anyone before ordering. The delivery was particularly impressive. I ordered the bike and received an email the following day to say it was on its way, and it arrived the very next day — just two days after I placed the order.

The Wilier is a definite step up from my previous Tifosi SS26 Campionissimo. The disc brakes and electronic gears are a fantastic improvement and have made riding even more enjoyable. The electronic gears in particular are great when you’re climbing and need to change gear while you're already working hard — it makes everything feel much easier and smoother.

Overall, it was a completely stress-free purchase from start to finish. The bike arrived quickly and in great condition, and I’m really enjoying riding it.

I’ll definitely be adding this company to my list of bike websites to keep an eye on when I’m looking for my next bike or a good deal. Highly recommended.

Bought a Tifosi road bike off them. Did not arrive for 3 weeks. Had to make many phone calls to chase this up. Turns out the parcel had been damaged on transit so was sent back to them. When the bike did arrive it was damaged - the right shifter unit was completely loose and the hood cap broken. Clearly the bike had just been put in a new box and not checked for any damage from initial transit. Emailed multiple times and solution was for them to send replacement hood covers for me to fix by myself. Hood covers have not fixed the problem and definitely not a DIY job on a Campagnolo set up. All in all not great. Chased bike up for 3 weeks for it to arrive damaged and the expectation is then that you fix it yourself. Not what I paid for. Lots of time wasted. Would not recommend.

Chickencyclekit is handling my warranty request on E-bike. It's a minor thing, just a battery with a fault light. My bike has been with the vender for over two months, without solution. I bought brand new electric bike to use it, but unfortunately summer has past and I still haven't got it back. I will check in future that my bike is not coming from Chickencyclekit.

Excellent example of great customer service. Ben has sorted my warranty issue very professionally and promptly.
