Worst experience !
If I could give no STAR! I would ! Absolutely disgusting company! The staff really need training! I’ve ordered from this company for six years plus this time it has been the worst experience of my life never will be ordering from these again -
They claim
The items was stained ! Wth ! Lying ! Am I really crazy to send back a top so expensive with stains knowing it would get checked ! Silly people . Refused to give refund sent the top back ! When I don’t want it ! FORCING ME TO PAY! I know nothing wrong with this polo t-shirt when I Sent it back n Why would I put a stain top on my son ! It’s disgusting ! Size was even to small to fit my boy ! Guys honestly stay away. Customer service ! Telling me to speak to Klarna like why would they refund me when I brought the top form you guys . The while experience has left me really upset! THEY MADE ME CRY! ! They email and talk to you like - you under arrests for murder . I never wish bad on anyone but this company should realli goo bust .customer service ! Beware guys it’s appalling each person says 10 years experience etc - but use wording like a terrible two years old would . High pitch voice to scare you . Accuse you of staining top not willing to show VIDEO evidence . Nothing added up or made any sense . . They cut my call 4 times. Customer value is 0% lack people skills ,And just normal human decency!
Really don’t now these people sleep at night . You should treat people the way u want to be treated. This company will reply back ! But check out everyone 1 star review ! They have no understanding no value towards there customers at all . The company make the stains n blame you !

Ordered a Guess sweatshirt for my niece to Ireland, super quick delivery, very nice packaging, totally worth it! Was trying to order from official Guess site before this and it was total disappointment, so Children Salon was a savior here! Thank you!

I am absolutely OBSESSED with Children Salon. Their clothes are simply divine. Super quick delivery - once the order is placed they dispatch and items arrive the next day via DPD and their packaging is lovely as well.
I stumbled across this site looking for twin clothes and since then I have not shopped anywhere else...

Children salon went above and beyond from the packaging to the clothes i ordered too definitely will order from here again. All in all a great website

I’ve ordered from ChildrenSalon quite a few times and not until my last order did I have a problem.
I ordered a pair of £45 Tip Toey Joey sandals for my baby daughter (13 months) as they were marketed as good quality and I wanted a good pair of shoes for my daughter to begin walking in this summer.
She ended up with blisters on BOTH toes. I spoke to customer services, showing them how bad the blisters were on my daughters feet after having work them for only 10 minutes. I was told I should have put socks on my daughters feet implying it was my fault.. before putting SANDALS on her.. in SUMMER. Sandals which had holes for ventilation which was another reason they were purchased - to keep my daughters feet cool.
I am extremely disappointed at how I was treated the first and ONLY time i’ve spoke to customer services. No help and instead of understanding and listening when I told them the sandals (that were her size) had caused the blisters, I was instead blamed for not putting socks on my baby first.
Oh, I was also told no-one else had complained about this issue even though they’d sold many pairs, again implying I made this up.

As a company selling baby items, I am absolutely shocked at their customer service. I paid for next day delivery and its now been 6 days since I ordered. I have spoken to DPD and they have apologised profusely and said that they are fully liable for the package and the parcel has been scanned into the depot and then been misplaced. They have raised an investigation which could take a further 5 days. I needed this baby item urgently and Childrensalon have not taken any responsibility whatsoever as the company who I have paid for this item. They are saying I need to wait until all investigations at the depot take place before I get an update. They have not apologised once and have not been helpful whatsoever. As you are dealing with pregnant ladies, new mums and children you should have more empathy in the way you deal with these situations. I had so many items planned to order from here and I will never ever use them again. When ordering you must hope everything goes smoothly as if anything goes wrong with delivery they are not happy to help and put all the blame on the customer! Horrible horrible company.

I was nervous buying shoes overseas, but Children's Salon was the only company that had the exact shoes I wanted. So, I took a deep breath and made the plunge. Things went perfectly. The shoes arrived on time and neatly packaged. They fit great and look exactly as expected. Wish I'd found this store sooner!

Have used a few times with positive experience but most recently, returned a 3 piece suit as it didn’t fit my son (only tried it on then packaged straight back up). Was refused a refund as apparently the shirt was dirty and “cat hair all over it”

I was mortified when told over the phone so accepted this despite being confused as I took great care to not get anything dirty when trying on and our cat mainly prefers to stay outdoors.

Received the item back and upon inspecting, no markings on the shirt at all with video and photo proof of this and the “cat hair” is thread and lint from the shirt that has stuck onto the trousers due to the nature of its material. I even noticed a lot of stitching errors when inspecting closer.

Very disappointing for the money paid which we will not be getting back for a suit that does not even fit.

This company is outstanding. They have various price ranged products and quality is amazing. I’ve ordered many times, order arrived on time and love their envelope sweets and note! Packaging is elegant and their attention to detail is really nice. They definitely won me over as a customer!

Ordered on Sunday delivered the next day . Items always come beautiful wrapped with the little pack of sweets inside .

Ordered my son last minute birthday clothes. Paid £8 for delivery and never turned up. Dpd said they missed me but I was home all day and no delivery came

Very impressive website. Have bought here for my daughter on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. Great quality, selection and fast delivery. My last order was placed last Tuesday night- 26th April- and arrived today- Thursday 28th. Delivery by DHL…which speaks volumes. Well presented with the customary mini pack of Haribo; nice touch! Thank you Childrensalon!☺️

Great collection - timely delivery.

I had an issue with my delivery (not the fault of Childrens Salon). I spoke with customer services (Corrien) and they looked into the issue for me and rectified it without hesitance. They were really helpful and my order has now been delivered in time for my daughters christening. Parcel packaged really nicely with some sweeties too! Thank you very much for your help.

Superb shopping experience. Best prices online for baby girl ralph lauren and mayoral dresses i bought. Had to send one item back which was a little small. But this was free to do so and was refunded back extremely quickly
