I ordered several dresses there and was very happy with the quality and service

I highly recommend childrensalon outlet.geniue website very quick service.return process is simple and there was no reluctant attitude even free return stamp was in the box excellent services definitely will do shopping with them.

I have ordered from this website for over 7 years and always received perfect products , perfectly presented and exceeded delivery expectations - looking forward to the next 7 years !

Fraud do not order from them..they don't deliver the product take your money and upon your claim they refuse your refund...I havent received the product qnd now they are saying its not our problem that you haven't received the item but we cant refund you..

This is a great company, with not only beautiful clothes, but they take an extra bit of care and attention. Haribo in the delivery box, and sent by dpd so you know when your items are coming. I would highly recommend.

My first order-the items arrived promptly with perfect packaging. The items appeared of a good quality and I was happy with the overall service. After just one wear of the girls country life cotton tights, just off the seam, a hoIe appeared.I requested a replacement but was granted a store credit voucher instead. This may appear a reasonable arrangement but as I attempted to replace the item I realised I had to cover the postage, it’s the principal!
The reason-the designer sold over 200 with no complaints,I felt they were questioning the legitimacy of my claim. Can any one product boast 100% perfection?

Paid £100 for my daughters Christmas dress and realised the night before her Xmas party that the velvet had ripped away from the seem.

I messaged them all my order info,proof of payment and 3 pictures of the dress

I was then greeted with attitude to be told I need to take more pictures showing the tag on clearly stating I was lying.then got told in there words...

I said I will check and get back to you and also our return policy is only 21 days

Shocking will never use this company again stay away not good quality and you better pray you don't have to send anything back .

I am currently not holding my breath for my £100 back

Update my mum is a sewer and showed her the dress she confirmed it was stitched by machine and then looks like someone has actually hand stitched the part the seemed was ripped so basically I paid 100 for a faulty repaired dress and is unwearable

Update I did receive a call and was asked if I was sure the dress wasn't too small ... u said eh...no.

With All this hassle I decided to hand sew the hole and agreed 20% refund

Whatever you buy and wanna return you have to pay for the return.

I had an absolute nightmare with these and will never use them again. They sell damaged goods! I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger jacket for £120 and it came with what looked like a pen mark right down the sleeve, really obvious. Spent too long sorting it out (they offered a 10% then15% discount which is still over £100 for a coat with pen down it so no thanks). Had the hassle of staying in 2 more days for collection and replacement. Was so annoyed to find the replacement had a faulty stiff zip and couldn’t be undone! It also came in a battered box (which I took a photo of with DPD van in background), and when I sent them a photo they implied it wasn’t one of the boxes they use, even though it had Childrensalon printed on the inside. So more time on phone and stayed in again for another collection. After all this time the jacket was out of stock so to say I wasn’t very happy is an understatement. Thankfully I found there was one left on another site (Base), and it arrived the next day in perfect condition. I don’t expect a company selling designer clothes to send them in this state. Never again.

Speedy delivery… wasn’t asked to leave a review but was just so impressed with this company and loved the little gift inside for my little one…. ‘Kids and grown ups love them so… the happy world of HARIBO!!’ Well chuffed… thanks again x

I recently ordered 2 pairs of dressing up shoes for my granddaughters but within a couple of hours of ordering I was told that one of the items had already been ordered by another family member. I opened the Chat line on the website and was immediately contacted by a Childrensalon representative who dealt with my problem very quickly and managed to cancel the order and refund my credit card. I was very impressed and will order from this company again!

Told class service and hassle free. Very quick delivery. Beautifully packaged. Text updates on delivery were spot on.

Ordered a duck comforter yesterday in Ireland and received it today, so fast it was amazing and left a little bag of jellies for my daughter who was delighted.. thanks so much for their hard work.

I was notified yesterday that an item was back in stock, I ordered a coat for my granddaughter and it was delivered today. I was kept up to date with order and delivery status every step of the way. The coat was nicely packaged in a box with tissue. I’m very impressed with this company and will use again.

Absolutely thank you for your great professional help and service, and most important, for a wonderful suit that I ordered. It took me a lot of time to search the Internet for the baby suit which would meet my specifications. I checked many Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, and German websites with no luck: either there was no a proper size or it didn't meet my specifications or the company didn't ship outside its country. At last, I had that "eureka" moment when I recalled about Childrensalon.com. I received the item in a mint condition - beautiful and clean. No toxic smell of a plastic or a basement storage room. It was very critical for me to receive my order before Oct. 2nd due to my personal circumstances (I shared with Diane this information). Shocking !!! - I have just received my granddaughters expensive christening robe- in a package that would most certainly have fitted through a letter box furthermore, once opened the garment was full of creases therefore, if had kept this I would have had to send this out to be professionally steamed!!! So disappointed !!!
