I have just received my order this morning after ordering it yesterday afternoon! The delivery was so quick and efficient! The item has come beautifully packaged and they even enclosed a small little gesture which was lovely! I would definitely recommend ordering from here, the clothes are beautiful and the delivery makes it a dream!

I returned item that was faulty. I have never had a problem with ChildrenSalon all the times I have ordered. I will not be using your services ever again. You expect me to pay for item I returned to you that was marked. & I get a call to say it smells like washing powder & label not on. Label was secure when returned back. Absolutely bad service from staff.

I am really surprised to hear that the item had a fault, you did not mention to us that you received this item with a fault. When I checked your issue, the reason for the return not being accepted was because it was returned to us with stains and the tag detached. Sadly we are unable to accept a return if it is not in it's original condition with tags attached.

Stain on the Caramelo kids dreas
I am very dissappointed that caramelo kids dress I receied has very visible stain on the back! Nobody can convince me that it was not visible while packiging. Very big shame for a shop that presents itself as luxury. Also, some chloe items i bought were of very very poor quality, to the extent that It made me re think their authenticity.
On the other hand, customer servise seems to be professional, at least for now.

This is certainly not how we would like collections to leave us, this could be an internal training issue that we will be looking into, as all our collections should be checked before leaving us, so that we know items are arriving to you in a perfect condition.
I want to reassure you that moving forward, we have escalated your account so that all orders are checked by two packers before leaving us, so that we know for all future orders you receive, with confidence, that all items will be in perfect condition for you.
As the largest online designer childrenswear company all our brands are delivered to us directly from the brands, we have been in business since 1952 and are one of a select few authorised sellers of many well know brands.
I can see that we have arranged for the dress to be collected via DHL at no charge.
Once it arrives with us, our return team will arrange a refund for you and an email to confirm the refund for your records.

I ordered for the first time on Sunday and today received my sons new navy Hugo Boss carry bag and was impressed with the quickness for delivery and impressed with how well the order was packed with a complimentary treat inside ‘a small bag of haribos’ ☺️ Will be ordering from here again very soon and I would highly recommend!

Recently received the kids new wellies…
Recently received the kids new wellies and the package and boxes they arrive in look premium so good first impression. Let’s hope the wellies match that now with the UK weather. Within the letter is 1 packet of haribo jelly sweets which caused a fight as 2 kids and 2 pairs of wellies so not particularly well thought out by marketing in my opinion. And a small after thought also , as just watched “Shiny Flakes” on Netflix and perhaps the insert of such sweets should be looked at internally by management as could drive negative brand associations perhaps 🤔?!.

Excellent service.
I have ordered a few times from Childrensalon and it is by far, the best and quickest service!
What makes it special is the way that it is wrapped and packaged and also, the delivery note is not just crumpled into a box. Everything is packages with care and really well presented.
I've used a few other companies to buy things for my nephew, and by far, Childrensalon knocks spots off the others!

Second British Invasion. . .
I have made several purchase from the Childrensalon for my daughter over the last year. My experiences have been very positive.
They have a very good selection of items with an excellent price to quality ratio which is very rare in the States.
I am completely baffled how in the mist of this pandemic they have successfully delivered each package successfully in a reasonable period of time, hat off to them on this one.
Being a member of the pre-technology generation and a grumpy old geezer, on-line shopping alway leads to some type of malfunction and me experiencing a melt-down. As a general rule customer service and I are not friends.
Nevertheless, the customer service agents at Childrensalon have yet to fail at superseding my expectation on many levels with their pleasant and helpful personalities. Bravo!!!
Truly wish we had more retailers like them in the States.

Very good experience
We ordered an outfit for my little son for my sister's wedding and were very happy with the service. The package was delivered by DHL Express within 2 work days to the Netherlands. Clothes were in perfect condition, correct sizes, looked exactly as we had pictured from photos, all neatly packed in extra paper. Very good service, happy to recommend.

Irritating!!!
Ordered the wrong size shoe right after I ordered I realized it and wrote them immediately! when you write them they automatically puts a pause on your order, so that they can help with whatever it is that needs to be changed After getting a response back the lady said that she couldn’t change the order because it was already being packed which I felt was a lie! because right after I ordered I sent a message and the order had a pause on it until somebody responded back!! She told me that I would have to cancel the whole order either get it refunded back to my card or store credit and that it was one pair of the size that I needed and that she would reserve it in my cart until my store credit was available which would take a couple of hours. I was fine with that! I go to check to see if my store credit is available just to see that the pair of shoes that she reserved in my cart had been sold!! then when I asked about it they just acted like they were sold before they were reserved which wasn’t true at all!!!! that was wrong of them and they just acted like they didn’t even care!!

Dear Asia, I am so sorry to hear about this. I wanted to speak with you in person but was unable to call you this morning due to time difference, I will give you a ring in a few hours 🙂
We try to process our orders as soon as possible so our customers can receive their items without any delay. I can see you placed your order at 12.36pm and sent us a message to change the shoe size at 13:15pm. Your messaged paused the order but as it was nearly 45 minutes later, by that time your order was indeed being packed.
As our system is unable to allow any changes after orders had gone into packing, my colleague suggested to cancel the order so you can reorder a correct size. All 4 items were reserved for you, so they would not sell out. Looks like there must have been a system glitch when you came on chat and were advised item was out of stock, as all 4 items are still reserved for you and will remain on reserve until 19 July 2021 Midnight (UK time). We are of course looking into why our colleague could not see the reservation, this should have not happened. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused, we will keep your items reserved until 19th July in case you would like to place a new order 🙂

Ordered a £30 belt opened the box and it was completely empty keep getting fobbed off with cctv going to take this further if this doesn’t get sorted a lot of other customers complaining about the same problem beware when ordering from this company.

Hello Rachel, I am really sorry to hear about your delivery issue. I can see we have done all checks on our side including checking the CCTV footage as all our orders are packed under a CCTV camera to ensure the safety of our orders.
The belt went inside the box, was wrapped in Childrensalon tissue which was being laid criss cross inside the box and sealed with a Childrensalon sticker -
this is how we pack all our parcels, as we have done for you with parcels in the past. The box left us sealed and undamaged. You have confirmed on live chat that there was no damage to the packaging when you received your parcel.
We have emailed you on the 14th July asking to email us back a signed disclaimer. We still have not heard back from you, and we are unable to open an investigation with the courier without the above. Please get back to us as soon as you can, so we can assist you further.

I wish I had read these review earlier myself. I ordered 6 items only 3 have turned up in the box with an additional item that I haven't even ordered along with a childrens protein drink. Currently having this investigated by childrensalon and I hope I'm not fobbed off by we have cctv images ....etc as I will be taking this further and will.nit stop until I get my money back or the items I've ordered. Its very obvious reading these review that children salon checking and security system.is flawed. After all.these complaint surely alarm bells should ring that something is happening internally.

Dear Irum, thank you for taking our call yesterday, it was lovely talking to you.
As I explained, we are still investigating with DPD to see how the damage happened, but I am glad we got to the bottom of your issue.
As I explained our CCTV showed all your items being packed and sealed in to our Childrensalon parcel and taken to the DPD cage where it was collected by DPD
We can see from DPD's delivery photo's of your package it had DPD tape on it (with the depot number where it was added) It would appear that DPD damaged a few parcels, you received a Mayoral shirt you didn’t order but that was missing from another one of our customers parcels whose parcel also had large amount of DPD tape around it and they received one of your items (badly damaged sadly)
We are unsure where the other 2 items are however DPD are doing warehouse searches and investigating (which will include viewing CCTV so hopefully they can work on preventing these issues in future)
To damage a parcel and add DPD tape is not part of our agreement with DPD , should this occur they should return the parcel to us so we can resolve the matter and so our customers items don’t get messed up or worse as in your case a random item added from another company
Once again we are very sorry DPD damaged your parcel and thought it was OK to play guess where the items go instead of returning, thank you for giving us the time to investigate fully so we and DPD can work on this not happening to anyone else.

I place an order that was never delivered and they refused to give my money back. It’s a small operation and customer servise consisted of one person that was not willing to help. Good luck ordering from there.

As discussed with one of my colleagues last night on the phone, UPS have delivered your parcel to the address that was in your order, you advised us that this your old home address and you are going to go back there and speak to the new tenants.
As we also discussed this is the only address that shows in your account or the order and would have been confirmed on the email order confirmation.
I do hope you manage to retrieve your parcel from your old address. I tried to delete the old address from your address book, but as it was the only address stored there, I am unable to do it. It would be best if you could change the address as soon as possible to prevent you from accidentally choosing it again.

Really quick delivery. Beautiful packaging. Little pack of sweeties in the package. I needed to return and buy another size. I phoned customer service to ask a question, they answered quickly and were friendly and helpful. Received a really quick refund on returned item. Second delivery was as perfect as the first. Really happy with the service.
One small idea. It'd be useful to be able to buy kids insoles with shoes. For kids in between sizes. Or for those with one foot bigger than the other.
