Really great company, fast and quality shipping ensuring the expensive purchases are well protected and tracked.

The products themselves are presented openly and clearly with pictures taken on the store page, showing customers what they will be purchasing.

The Products themselves have always worked well once i've purchased and the company is very open and communicative to help resolve any issues that occur.

They are my go to when it comes to purchasing retro video games for my collection, and i wouldn't trust other companies as highly as them.

I spent around four hours cataloguing my inventory and carefully curating a basket of higher-value titles to avoid submitting bulk low-value stock. Only after all that effort was I told the basket wouldn’t be accepted.

Being told these were “low demand / low value” games is frankly absurd. The basket included NBA Jam, God of War, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, Manhunt, Gran Turismo 4, Sonic the Hedgehog (Mega Drive) and Tomorrow Never Dies — all well-known, established titles with ongoing demand.

What makes this worse is that many other dealers simply block titles they’re not buying or clearly state “we are not currently buying this title” at the point of entry. Chillout Games allow you to catalogue everything, invest hours of time, and only then reject the basket outright.

This is not a seller-friendly process. It’s inefficient, misleading, and shows little respect for people’s time. I wouldn’t recommend using this service unless you’re prepared to waste several hours for a flat rejection.

Everything absolutely perfect. I’ve had a lot of games from Chillout Games before and very recently. It’s a very good online games retailer and I will definitely recommend them.

Used this online store to sell old videogames once again, my mom has 2 other sons who found some old videogames in their stuff and asked my mom to sell it and keep the profits as they knew about my failed venture with buying seconds boxes from places in 2020/21 while at college.

The quote was pretty near the final payout, which I transferred to my bank and then to my mom's account via PayPal though I still can't understand why PayPal offers immediate and timed, yet the timed which clears in 2/3 days which I have no issue with asks for verification which is ridiculous and then. Charge.

The wait was a bit longer but it's Christmas time so I guess many people are selling, I still can't understand why physical media is so disposable, I keep most of mine is pristine condition and use, I still have my parents treasured Sega Saturn and Castlevania, burning rangers etc , wired disposable society.

Chilloutgames are great, I've been a customer for many years. They have a great website which is easy to navigate, which includes photos and honest descriptions of all games and accessories, a part for collectors to show off our games collection, and a wishlist where you can add games that you want and they will email you when that game is in stock, (thankyou). What I think sets Chilloutgames apart is that I really feel that they know their customers, you can tell that they are passionate about gaming, that comes through in everything they do, the emails that they send when you order, and when it has been dispatched, and when it has arrived to check that you are happy with their products, and they offer to help if you have any problems. When your games etc are delivered you can tell how much they care because they are all wrapped up so well to make sure they get them to you as perfect as they left and most often they arrive in a day or two. I'm so happy that I found Chilloutgames all those years ago as they are the best games sellers online and I've never had a problem or bad experience from these guys. I highly recommend Chilloutgames to everyone, especially collectors as it's very special when you find a company that cares about your passion as much as you do. I will always buy from Chilloutgames as you never have to worry about the condition of the games, you know exactly what you are getting and because of all this and more, I'm very happy to support Chilloutgames and I wish them all the best! I decided I wanted to upgrade my copy of Condemed on Xbox 360. I found a copy on the Chillout games website. I looked at the pictures and description and knew immediately this was what I wanted.
The game arrived very quickly by free post. It was packaged extremely well so it wouldn't be damaged. The condition of the game was even better than the website said.
I use Chillout games a lot. The condition of the games is always at least as good as the website describes using pictures, often better. Always my first choice for pre owned games.
