Couldn’t rate Chillout Games any higher to be honest, I’ve been building a retro collection for myself over the past year and have bought from several places but chillout has impressed me the most from the very competitive & fair prices (and I do compare), everything is pictured showing you exactly what your getting, helpful grading system, easy to use website, quick dispatch and delivery and the customer is informed at each stage but the absolute number one for me is the great level of care for all the games! Everything is clean & sparkling, all the discs I’ve received so far have been in excellent condition, the packing & packaging of my orders is honestly the best I’ve ever seen! For someone that buys a lot of games it’s very reassuring knowing that your games will arrive safely.

Second time ordering from Chillout and I'm definitely happy with the service. The delivery was fast, individual items were neatly and securely packaged and the condition was great. The only (minor) nitpick is that I tried removing the shop stickers from PS1 cases and they left an awful residue that I can't get rid of with isopropyl - I just feel these kinds of stickers shouldn't be used on retro cases. It won't stop me ordering again in the future though and I'd still highly recommend.

I'm currently collecting a set of retro style PS4 sealed games and purchased the following from Chillout Games:

Velocity 2X Critical Mass Edition, Deaths Gambit, Owlboy, Resident Evil Origins Collection and Retro City Rampage DX.

The price of the games was very reasonable and they were in fantastic condition and delivered in a secure box to ensure they didn't get damaged in transit.

Bought a good number of Playstation titles from here since beginning of 2024, just made my most recent purchase last week and I honestly cannot recommend them enough!
