I encountered an error with the software I purchased and contacted the support team by email.
Within a day, I received a reply from the team and was able to resolve the issue.
I am extremely satisfied with their prompt and accurate assistance, unlike anything I have experienced before.

This was the most hassle-free experience.

scam seite obwohl es bestimmte Websiten Inhalte nicht anzeigen soll werden diese wie gehabt angezeigt. Jetz kommt der komplette Hammer dieses Tool verweigert mir den Zugriff als Admin auf Systemeinstellungen und verwenden anderer Admin Rechte. Werde wohl den Computer auf Werkseinstellung Rücksetzen müssen danke für nichts und anderen Vorsicht bevor sofas auch passiert.

that's a virus , be very careful i found it in microsoft store after 1 day of installation i lost admin acces to my cmd . i wish they didn't steal my card credentials. we will see

The fact that I have a lifetime licence should indicate how happy I am with the level of service I receive from Cisdem.
I experienced a problem and reported it to Joey on June 26. He provided a dedicated response until the issue was resolved on July 10.
He must have dreaded getting an email from me, but he would not give up until he provided a solution.
That's what I call service over and above.

Fast and great support.
I changed computer and wanted to switch my lifetime license to the new computer. An email to support and they quickly fixed it and I can now use Cisdem on the new computer.
